First time at this dunkin, overall ok but the girl at the drive thru window was a little rude. But ok experience.

They very seldom get orders correct. I think it's done on purpose. They think it's funny!

In all the times I have visited here (shame on me!) They have only once, gotten my order 100% correct. The mistakes range from forgivable errors (if it happened one time) to absolutely absurd. And don't even try to get your $$ back from app purchases unless you have half a day to waste. It's clear, due to their location that they can afford to not care about their customers at all. Go local instead.

Bagel was stale and only had butter on 1 side of it. Hashbrowns weren't cooked all the way through, and they forgot the sugar for my coffee. They weren't very busy either. Better dunkin donuts right up the road.

It was so dirty inside I couldn't eat. Had to eat in my car. Bagel was so hard and coffee grinds in the cup. Terrible!

Took my morning walk to Dunkin this morning. Inside is suppose to open at 5 AM, 7: 48 AM doors locked, drive thru only I guess, because there is no sign and of course opening hours not updated on website. So I guess the customer is never right at the Dunkin location. Do yourself a favor and treat your customers like you value them, not like a metric that your job performance is measured by and everyone will be much happier.loyal Dunkin Donuts Customer for 35 years. Hopefully my feedback helps change a poor business culture!

I don't think I've ever had a pleasant experience at this dunkin or any of the batista joints which is similar to a monopoly down in south county, It doesn't help that they're notified when they're going to be inspected so they can pretend they do their jobs like that all the time. Small people impressed with the little authority they have.

Witnessed a very disturbing interaction between 2 employees this morning. One verbally harassed the other one, threatening physical violence. No one deserves that kind of treatment.

Won't head back there anytime soon. The tone set by that employee seems to have negatively impacted the whole location.

Been coming here for years, they would always do Hot Drinks with Cream, today they wont they will only do milk or whatever else I want real cream or at least half and half like they always have, forget it plenty of great Cafes around the corner that will go to Fuel Cafe at the other end of the road same prices better quality

I would only give one star but the boy with the curly hair that said it was only his 3rd day was so sweet that he made up for the bad experience. The short blonde skinny girl proceeded to say “don’t come to Dunkin if you want decaf” immediately after I ordered a decaf latte. She also made my boyfriends coffee, it was overflowing, she didn’t stir it and said “ew” as she slid it to him. After that she stood in the middle of everyone looking clueless as everyone around her was making drinks.

Never going to this location again. They get my coffee right maybe 50% of the time, and my order is just iced with cream and sugar. ‍️

I ordered sourdough breakfast sandwich and wanted it toasted. They did not. So I bring it back they toasted only 1 bread. So not happened. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME.

The attitudes of all the girls in there sucked except one who kept asking if someone was going to take me at the register and the girl who was suppose to still continued to wipe a machine down when there was no one there. She legit said “ what can I get for you” gave her my coffee “k thanks” was what I got.

Cheap pounds of coffee at this Dunkin donuts. $5.99 a pound but the one one post road charges $8.99

Absolute worst dunkin I’ve been too watched a brunette who took my order put 1 pump of mocha in a coffee and then give me attitude when I asked for the other 2 pumps that I paid for and she has the audacity to say maybe next time ask for extra. I’m not a rude person but at least hire people who wanna work and will greet and serve customers with respect. 0/10 would not recommend this dunkin worth the extra 10 minute drive to another one

Whenever I come here they always get the order wrong and I never check it. Today when I ordered I remembered to wait to check and a women came to the window again and said "Everything all set" I said yes thank you we're just checking the order quick. In response she said "Yeah its all set we need to get to the people behind you thanks" The doors are locked so we couldn't go in if something was wrong and why would we wait in the drive through all over again when were already right there at the window. I'm sorry but maybe if you guys didn't get everything wrong literally all the time I wouldn't have to check. Not to mention yes everything was there but we came home and opened our orders of hash browns and there was literally THREE crusty hard hash browns in each one. I really hope this dunkin figures out a better method at customer service.
