This Dunkin is awful now! It has continued to go downhill since Cliff left, but we have continued to go to support the workers and franchise owner. Today was the last straw. For a mobile order, they forgot the egg on my sandwich and the sandwich was rock hard. When I attempted to call them to discuss what occurred the only number they have on Google and the app is a fax number. That is highly unacceptable, you don’t want to field customers issues, fine, now you can deal with a corporate complaint.
If 0 stars was an option that’d be my review. Poor customer service, ice cold hash browns (probably old from the “warmer”), my hot latte wasn’t even hot (clearly milk wasn’t fully steamed) and I live 3 minutes from this location. When I tried to call to let the manager on shift know the line is constantly off the ringer, so there’s nobody to tell. Don’t know how this Dunkin is still operating as a previous Dunkin store manager this was a joke
It would be nice if employees knew the difference between a blueberry muffin and a chocolate chip muffin. Are they colorblind?
