Coffee tastes like dishwater. And every cup of coffee they pour they get all over the cup.

The bathroom was filthy, which should have been my first sign of what was to come next. All the drinks we ordered were not as pictured and missing whipped cream and toppings. When I asked to have it corrected the counter guy looked like he couldn't be bothered. Then he topped them with all the wrong toppings. The coffees were disgusting. Not even worth drinking.

Always filthy. Trash overflowing, wrappers and receipts everywhere, dirty tables, flies on all the food, counters, doughnuts, etc. Coffee always tastes burnt, and service is very poor. Sat in line for 10 minutes with no one in front of me, and a line behind me. Girl was flipping out and yelling at the customers because she was focused on online orders and she couldn't handle the responsibility of her own job. After I finally ordered the same girl continued to have a super inappropriate conversation with another, and let my food sit on the counter for about another 5-10 minutes before someone finally grabbed it and handed it to me.

Worse Dunkin I've been to in awhile. Maybe I just went at a bad time, but I waited way too long for someone to take my order. No one was at the counter. And waited awhile for a sandwich when there was no one else there. At least the food was made right and it tastes fine.

Came in to get my online order on Monday 7/10 and one of your employees was screaming saying “we are busy so if anyone has a problem with waiting go somewhere else” im sure she was under a lot of pressure due to being busy but it made me never want to come back to this location.

I swear each time i go in here they find a new way to screw up my order.now i only come in here if i want to see they can find a new way to screw up my order

Great service, pleasant employees, and very clean inside. Always has a large assortment of Donuts.

Friendly…. But i have never had a good tasting coffee. Always taste burnt or something. I literally drive an extra 10 minutes in both directions to go to a different location. I just can’t wrap my head around the weird flavor

Stood waiting at kiosk for over 5 minutes (23APR23). Noone else in line, no vehicles in drive thru. Not one employee could be bothered to interrupt their conversation to help. Walked out and I dont think they even noticed. Done with this location, it's not the first time.

Food was good, people are very friendly. I've had consistent problems with orders being incomplete. Usually when ordered online. Multiple times items are missing and then have to wait in line which defeats the purpose. Otherwise it is a great place but make sure to check your order.

The girls working in the morning at 0530 are always pleasant, even though they are working short-handed.

Hello i just wanted to let you know i was at a dunkin in, Scituate ri and the person there was very rude my father who is 65 years old got a hard time from a guy working there my neices had to use the bathroom really bad which they are kids ages 5,7, and 8 after a hour drive and he was about to go into the bathroom and the guy stopped my dad and said u didint order from here so you can not use the restroom after explaining its been a hour drive and they needed to go bad he still gave my father a hard time and declined to let him use the bathroom, this is honestly discusting first of all my father has a hard time walking took the time to go in there to bring them and they are kids u dont deny someone to use the bathroom i have never heard of this and also some people cant afford to buy something there and that should of been understanding

Dunkin' Donuts doesn't toast their English muffins disgusting even if you ask for well done

Today (January 12,2023 @ 5pm), I experience bad service as a loyal customer to this chain "Dunkin Donuts". I was in need of a restroom, which I asked the lady after I bought a drink and food if she can open the door of the mens restroom and she said I'll have to wait until she's done assisting her other customers. She then continued helping for over 20 minutes (while more customers came along). A friendly customer whom noticed my urgency asked her to help me open the door for me. She responded upruptly and said "NO! He has to wait. " I told her "Please! It's urgent and I was in need of help. " She then said that I have to wait or leave and go to another place. Im very unhappy with her attitude and bad customer service. She shouldn't talk to customers like this and embarrasse me Infront others like this. Especially when it's a situation where someone needs to use the chains restroom. She deserves to be fired or given instructions on how to do something simple.
