I walked Right Out! Before I even touched the door to walk into dunkin' donuts the door was disgustingly dirty never mind the floors windows and counters, let's not forget about the bathroom, the womens bathroom was Disgusting from the walls down to the floor right down to the toilet seat! I've never seen such a dirty disgusting dunkin' donuts in my life! GROSS!

Nice staff, dirty bathroom, dirty toilet (feces underside of seat, didnt look on top), dirty bathroom sink, dirty floor especially corners, trash outside overflowing, several workers there not busy. BUT, the girl who waited on me was very nice at least.

I understand when you go somewhere shortly before they close that the workers want to get out of there, however, shutting machines down early and refusing product so they don’t have to re-clean. The machine is absolutely asinine. This is now the fourth time that I’ve went there and was told now I’m sorry something needs to be done about this. If not, I just won’t go there anymore.

Today I went to buy an ice coffethe two girls across the in tha front theys very rude to me I think I discriminated against myself bad customer service

I asked for a medium strawberry refresher and did not get what I asked for! This has happened two times! THIS IS WHY I GO TO STARBUCKS!

I kick myself every time I talk myself into stopping at this particular location. Coffee is always wrong, and you generally get attitude at the window - worth driving down to the Beaver River location instead.

This location is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Staff is not trained correctly and when the order is made wrong an attitude is given by the employee. I have made complaints to corporate and this issue has not changed. I would suggest going to the Dunkin Donuts located on Ten Rod Rd North Kingstown. No issues making the order correctly. The staff is very well trained.
