Worst DD! Waited in line for 15 minutes. Ordered hot chocolate with whipped cream. They forgot the whipped cream!?

The Dunkin location on George Washington highway over by Lincoln mall is SO on point. Customer service is exceptional, timing with orders is very hasty, Coffee made right and Foods tasty!

Quite possibly the worst Dunkin in the State! Service is unacceptable! My wife is far more patient than I and even she was all set.

Ordered a large hot coffee wasn’t even hot was cold and the workers were outside smoking all you could smell was cigarette smell

I was trying a new drink and going through the drive-thru. Probably had my best Dunkin experience.the worker answered all my questions so politely. Then when I drove up one worker (wish I knew her name- had a lot of cool buttons on her hat) was super nice. She went and got me a side whipped cream so I can try the drink with and without it. It was a great start to my day! Also next time I’ll get whip cream with the drink

It's really roomy, clean and with plenty of tables that can be used to study or to read for example!

I went to the drive thru and the young kid took my order so rudely. It’s 3: 57 in the afternoon I ordered hash browns that wasn’t freshly cooked! They shouldn’t be using warmers at this time the place wasn’t busy at all. I got my coffee was way to dark asked the kid to remake it and he basically argued with me and took it back and said can I just add more cream I said no please remake it he took it to the back and added more cream and gave it back to me. My donut was thrown in the bag wit the wrapper still. It was so unprofessional I told him I worked for Dunkin for 6 years I know what you did so now I have to do this so other ppl know not to come back here. I said when you work at Dunkin one thing you don’t do is argue with a customer they are always right I think Dunkin lost that memo a long time ago.smh so unprofessional never again!

I have never seen a larger group of degenerates in my life. 25 people working and it took way to long to get the wrong order. Not a single person her deserves to be employed at even a fast food place. Just losers hanging out

Possibly the worst run Dunkin Donuts in the state. If your looking to wait 30 minutes for your order and then have it be wrong anyways, this is the place for you!

4 people on staff, 2 working, 2 flirting with each other. Coffee stains on counters, very messy station where straws, napkins, trash bin. More coffee stains. Both garbage cans outside overflowed and on the ground. I almost starting managing because no one else seemed to be. Very disappointing.

Needs more help in the kitchen. I noticed Beverages move faster than kitchen. Poor lady was woking and looks she was stressed. Manager should help this area more. There was a guy with a white shirts just looking at her, instead of helping her. It took 30 for sandwiches

Its 9: 35pm and they told me they are closed even though the hours say they are open until 10pm.

Stay far AWAY from this Dunkin, The staff are miserable they are constantly talking about customers and workers very unprofessional, not to mention the new girl they have working on sandwiches she is slow she is degusting she makes people food wring constantly and also does not keep up with the food in the warmer (department of health will be aware). This Dunkin donuts is 2 mins away from my job and I travel 15 to another location just to avoid this place. I even spoke to the owner before and if anything happen it got worse not BETTER.disgrace to the Dunkin family. Worst I been to EVER!

The service is getting bad. If your staff can't run the place alone. Management should be present! Paid for tea. Then told they didn't have any and don't know how to give you a refund. Also didn't make coffee correct although repeated the order multiple times. They apologized and why I gave them at least a few stars.

Management turns over constantly.
Managers and workers are suspected of stealing money from the drawers. Instead of pursuing legal action, they are let go, or they quit. I have watched and witnessed grown women threaten under age girls. It is the least professional atmosphere. The wait time in the drive-through is one of the highest in the state. Other Dunkins actually refer to this Dunkin as the worst one. Men are allowed to touch and handle underage girls and keep their job. How was that situation handled?
The girl was told she can leave when he comes in. What is wrong with this place? And if you want to talk about cleanliness, ask any employee how many times they've had to clean feces out of the overflowing men's bathroom in the last several years. Go across the street to Starbucks, go down the street to Panera, go across the street to McDonald's or go five minutes down the road to the next Dunkin.

Horrible. There were 4 cars in front of me and I sat in the drive thru for over half an hour. It took about 5 minutes for someone to take my order and I sat at the window for 10+ minutes (for an egg and cheese wrap and 5 munchkins). There was no apology for the wait.

I like their coffee and bagel cheddar twists. There is really no reason not to like Dunkins.
