There’s a plus size Caucasian woman that constantly has an attitude refuses to cook hot food and it’s always slamming things and swearing in front of customers

Can’t stand this location everytime I walk in I feel there’s only 1 person that works there it’s some Asian lady who’s always talking never focused on customers. This time I walked in she keeps talking to the customer in front of me after he’s ordered and paid he’s walking away as she’s talking trying to get away. When she realizes he’s gone she walks to the back and starts washing dishes and says I’ll be right with you. This was the last straw for me it’s been years of dealing with her and this location and it’s always the same thing. Focus on your customers they are the reason you’re there. She’s never focused always working on everything but the line and it’s annoying as hell. I know so many others who won’t go to this location or will walk out if they see her working! She is terrible at her job and honestly the one thing I’ve noticed she does each and every time is talk about her personal life.nobody cares your there to work so work! I walked out today complete waste of time

This is quite possibly the best dunkin donuts in RI. Actually made fresh decaf instead of telling me they were out! Thanks Hong!

Very disappointed this girl did not want it to work today. Just went for 2 donuts for my patient and just make My Day and my patient really bad. Not people person whatsoever. Then I ask for a refund and she denied because she had no manager.

Waisted time. Never coming back

I was at the tf green airport DD on 1-8 side and the employee Nakya told me to get out of her line and told the other employee not to serve me, because it was 5: 05 am! I was standing there since 4;17 am to get a coffee. I do not know who in the world would ever have an employee with this kind of behavior behind there counter.she needs to.bremoved. The reason for not serving me is because I asked her if she was opening soon and she said that was rude. I went on my flight no coffee no breakfast because this person thought she had power to ruin my day. Guess what Nakya you did not ruin. My day. I appreciate seeing the ignorance of zero intelligence of a human being. After all you are a coffee maker.sorry life took you down this path. Now on the plane sick to my stomach because I take medication that needs to be taking with food.who the heck does Nakaya think she is.the worst experience I have ever been through. Here’s the best part my plane gets delayed, we have to get off plane so I go back and nicely say are you in a better mood and Nakaya says yes as matter of fact I am, so I say well I never said anything to you this morning for you to refuse me service. I ask her what her store number is and she says you want me to call
My manager, No I don’t I will handle through corp, she says (shut your Ffffn mouth) continued to swear at me as I’m walking away. Nakaya will destroy this place and not only that make people have the worst experience at DD

I wish I could leave zero stars! The absolute worst service EVER. I ordered online for pickup. My husband goes in to pick up my order and the sandwich was BURNED and I was missing my donut stick. I went inside and asked for my sandwich to be remade and immediately I get attitude because I received burned food. I mentioned I didn’t get my donut stick and I’m told oh we don’t have any, but my food was in the pick up area. Just like they can not control the app, I guess I’m supposed to know they were out of the donuts. And then another lady came over and seemed like she had half a brain NOPE I was wrong! She asked me what the issue was I explained my sandwich was burned and I asked if it can be remade and I was missing a donut stick she explained that they can’t control the app and they put the food out for pick up, BUT NO ONE SAID ANYTHING ABOUT MY ORDER NOT BEING COMPLETE. I guess I’m not being reasonable. I said nevermind I tell her what kind of donut I would like and say thank you give a thumbs up and this lady gets offended by the thumbs up and says it’s rude! How in the world the thumbs up equals being rude! What in the world is happening to the service. I get everywhere is short staffed, but does that mean I should be okay with burned food or missing food that I paid for? !? ! Maybe I’m crazy smh.

Rude employees cold coffee with no lid on it stale donuts I think I'll go to another Dunkin' donuts next time

The girls are great that work there and it's not their fault but come on; the doughnuts are so so small now. Unbelievable. Price goes up and quantity going down. Enough already.
