4The person that was taking order at the counter was very slow and it seemed like she didn't know what she was doing at all (very spacy). But the one who was making food was nice and really good at what she was doing.
Men restroom out of service, some donuts had melted chocolate all over it… definitely not supposed to look the way it did. Many advertised beverages were out of stock!
If we can get a frozen coffee 5/5 time's we ordered it then I will absolutely change the service from 4 stars to 5.
Other than that the service is great and very much appreciated!
I asked for a hot
Chocolate with 2 espresso. The order took 30 seconds espresso takes atleast that for one to be made. It tastes burnt and watered down. I know my coffee this was hot chocolate with just burnt coffee added watering it down. It’s disgusting all Dunkins in westerly have gone to garbage. This is the new generation of workers it’s honestly scary.
