Customer service is very good but they didn't have any sneakers that I liked mostly kids teenager things
Way over priced. But got some descent clothes. As long as you don't mind paying 25$ or more for a t shirt!
They get allot of the limited shoe. Solid warm environment. Well known by any locals in Providence.
Fake shoes over there they are all fake the quality they must get them all from China in the backcountry
They have a good selection of brands that I really like. They usually have a great sneaker selection and sometimes they have good sales. The only issue is their HORRIBLE return policy.
Me and my boyfriend went into the store on 4-28-17 around 8: 20pm or so. Just before closing time. The customer service there was not great at all. We were not greeted when we came into the store and while we were making our purchases there was two blonde females (names unknown) working that were staring at us, laughing. Which made us feel very uncomfortable. The guy (Antonio) as stated on my receipt as the salesperson, was not very friendly as well. After my boyfriend paid for our stuff, my boyfriend said thank you to Antonio. Antonio didn't even respond back. He just looked away and ignored him. This is the first time this has happened to us here and we always come here. The customer service on this shift was horrible and completely disrespectful!
I'm upset to say I will not be returning here or shop at any of the EbLens stores. I made a complaint to the corporate office as well as this review. I hope this issue gets resolved asap.
