ECI installed a house standby generator for my home. From the onset Peter was professional, knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. The day of installation the team was on time as stated and was professional and courteous throughout the entire process.
Lastly, Peter came back to start the system and reviewed the operating instructions as well.
If I could give more than 5-Stars I would, however I am unable to do so.

I am a return customer - they put in a Generac whole house generator. Tiffany, Peter, & their dad are true professionals. Family businesses are the best! The 2 men that came today were great- not only did Eric and the other men come at the appointed time, they actually showed up early! Besides what I asked them to do, they did a little more work- they didn’t like the way the wiring was done by a previous electrician from another company.

Just finished having a 22kw on call generator installed at my home by Peter Renzi and his employees of ECI (Electrical Concepts Inc.). This process started on July 24th by getting quotes from several companies. Everything was completed by September 9th. I could not have been more satisfied with every step of the process. Peter took personal responsibility to coordinate everything from pulling permits, oversight of generator and electrical installations, follow-up with electrical and plumbing inspectors and seamless coordination of propane installation with Santoro Oil. If anyone is looking for generator services look no further than this company!

We just has our 24kw Generac standby generator installed by Peter Renzi and his crew at ECI. Not only did he work with us to find the right generator to meet our needs but he also fielded many questions from me with prompt responses always. Instillation was a breeze and his entire crew was professional & courteous with attention to detail meeting all of our needs in a timely manner.
