7These people are irresponsible! A box that has been waiting for us for more than a month! They have a number on the bill and they don't respond! They call on the 18th when customs arrives so that they can pay, and today is September 4th and they have no answer! Don't send that way!
The worst company sent two boxes, one large and one small and they left me the small one, I will say two months waiting for the small one and when it arrived some items were missing, I recommend you not send boxes around here, they do not give good service
This is the worst shipping company that I chose to send my packages, I called the company and explained what happened to me and supposedly they, that had never happened in that company. I understand that the girl who works there has nothing to do with the company but she said she was going to call me to solve the problem and she never called me.then everything I sent never arrived half of the box arrived and the other things were lost. It is an abuse that this company has, one makes an effort to be able to send their family their things and this charlatan they steal from one. I am very disappointed.
They are scammers, those who receive there in the DR end up stealing everything and then here they say they are not responsible. These thieves must be brought to justice, I sent a tank and they stole 4 perfumes, three jeans, 4 pairs of tennis shoes, a liter of whiskey and other things.
Good prices if you need too send merchandise to the Dominican republic. This is your spot.
I shipped a box in April 2023 and the best stuff was blatantly stolen. When I call to complain it seems like my words are being questioned. The worst company Super irresponsible.
I've used their services for many years. I have shipped well over 50 shipments, couches, boxes, tables, chairs, you name it. I have never had one thing broken or lost.on one or 2 occasions, I have had a wet box due to very bad weather here in the DR, not their fault, maybe 'blame' the guy upstairs. Great service, good prices! Keep it up Tim and Kenny.
