Extended Stay America - Providence - West Warwick

WOW! Where do I begin? ! After a pipe burst in our home, we had to stay at The Extended Stay for six months while repairs were being done to our home. Collen, Val, Deb, Karen, Max, Vicki, Cat, and Tillie made us feel right at home! We were always greeted with wonderful smiles and a friendly chat. Everyone was so patient with our recently adopted rescue dog that was adjusting to life outside of a shelter, and not used to a lot of people. It was wonderful coming home to a freshly made bed, and a clean room. Due to the mild weather, I was able to sit in the backyard with my dog so that she could meet other dogs and their owners and I met some wonderful friends.

Any questions that we had were always answered promptly and with a smile. The lobby was always clean, as were the hallways, and the parking lot. We will always be grateful to ESA for their never ending support, kindness, accommodations, and friendships that we have made.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. We were forced to find a hotel when we had issues with a move. Needless to say, it was not a decision that we wanted to make & it was not a happy time.
Despite the circumstances, our first stay was really nice. The staff here is exceptional & really go out of their way to make you feel welcome & at home despite your circumstances. Everyone who works here is always ready with a smile & willing to do whatever they can to make your stay here more enjoyable.
I don’t know everyone’s title but, Vicki, Karen, Kat, Val, Deb, Colleen, Ely & Max are absolutely outstanding! I really cannot say enough about these amazing people!
I’m sure everyone has noticed that since the pandemic services have gone down hill. It seems many people do not want to work, & if they do, they don’t have very good work ethics. You will not experience that here at this hotel. Yes, like everywhere they are understaffed & things are not like pre-Covid times. It seems they are in the process of updating & some rooms are more modern than others, but they are all nice. We stayed in a pet friendly room & there was no smell or sign of previous visitors.
Our second stay has not been as pleasant but that is due to no fault of the incredible people here. We unfortunately got very sick just after Christmas & have been trying to get well since. When I called the front desk to explain our situation, Deb quickly explained their protocol & she went out of her way to drop off fresh towels, hand sanitizer, alcohol wipes, etc.to us in a safe manner. I was so impressed by Deb & the kindness she showed us especially when we were so very sick. Everyone we have encountered here has been the same way.
It’s never easy to have to move from your home no matter the circumstances, but if you are forced to do so, come & check into The Extended Stay America at 1235 Division Rd in East Greenwich, R. I.
You will be happy you did.

My experience has been Amazing! Every employee has treated me with care and proficiency. Isa made me feel like I had everything in my room to feel comfortable and like I was at home. Thank you!

They have bedbugs for sure I have the pictures and video to prove it with the time date and hotel location as well I have nothing to gain I paid my money with a bad experience it is what I honestly went through so I'm sorry but bedbugs are the worst you have to pretty much trash all that you own to get rid of them exterminate fix the problem I went to a different branch and the room is perfect so it's this location particularly

I was greeted wonderfully by a woman when I arrived. Also when I asked for supplies from another woman. Then the next morning when I was gathering coffee and food another woman - Deb. I feel so grateful to have found this hotel and meeting the people I have interacted with. I feel so welcomed and at home.

I love this place! The hospitality, kind staff and the cleanliness goes above and beyond it's ACES! Deb is, an if not, should be, head of housekeeping, it's her considerate an wholeheartedly, kind attitude that makes my stay here all the more Epic! Her cleaning skills are like no other I've seen! Not a dust ball to be found, vents looked brand new and everything else looked fantastic! All around wonderful stay experience!

Stayed for only one night. In the morning Deb helped me with directions to where I had to go, got me a mask (which I forgot) and it did everything with a smile. The room was clean and the service from Deb was great. Thank you again. Will definitely stay here again.

It’s a decent stay for good value. I choose to stay in this hotel because it’s a short walk to New England tech and it’s pet friendly.

Pros: there is complimentary coffee in the morning. It’s good for a short stay. There is also a laundry room. They have extremely friendly staff, pet friendly rooms and location. They are next door to gas station and Dunkin’ Donuts. The Dunkin donut has great coffee.

Cons: there aren’t much amenities in this hotel but this chain isn’t known for having special amenities.

There is a hint of cigarette smell in the hallways that should be addressed by management and cleaning staff. But other than that it’s a great stay and good value.

The people that work there are super nice. The room was super big and had free coffee in the mornings

As traveling healthcare workers, it was difficult to find a furnished place in the area so we came here for 6 weeks and then another 7 days after some flooding damage at a rental. Convenient location to Kent county hospital, Dave’s marketplace, gyms, and coffee. Karen (front desk) always very nice and helpful and Deb (housekeeping) made it a point to greet us every day and made our stay clean and safe. Would recommend for short term furnished needs!

The hotel is clean, well kept and the staff is consistently nice. I must say though that Deb has been extremely helpful, kind and all around just enjoyable! She has made my boyfriend and I feel very comfortable and at home and that isn't always the case everywhere! I've also witnessed her basically greet each person that walked in the door on a first name basis. Her customer service skills are right on point and I hope she's recognized for the comfort she brings each guest!

I have been here almost 3 months after water damaged my home. I am so appreciative of the phenomenal staff and the support and care they have provided me. They even enjoy my kitty cat and she had settled in without problem. Great location for shopping, eating out and much more. Highly recommend.

Carpet was very old and dirty. It said breakfast included and there was only muffins and coffee for breakfast. We paid a huge price for the rooms that weekend assuming there was breakfast. We found no utensils, plates, pans etc. The process was to go and collect the utensils from the front desk. Staff was ok and polite in attending us.
