Judy is extremely unprofessional. It took over a week for her just to respond as to what kind of hair to use. Then after confirming the appointment both through google and text messages, I receive a phone call 90 mins before my appointment saying that she has to push my appointment back 2 hours! When I asked if I was going to be compensated for having to rearrange my entire day to now accommodate her, she canceled my appointment.
