Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Providence Airport Warwick reviews
17I stayed here on February 10,2023, with 45 students on a trip to Brown University. They were very organized for check in and were helpful throughout our stay. They also put out the hot breakfast early for us. Deb, the breakfast cook, was amazing. I will definitely stay here again. Great place.
The breakfast is very good!
The location is good for those who want to be close to the airport or visit places around such as Brown which was a 15 minutes drive.
Our room was not cleaned during our two-night stay. We also had tv issues which we reported but no one followed up. I wonder how responsive the staff may be to more critical issues.
The facilities is okay and I think if you just need a place to rest your head and travel easily towards tourist attractions this is a safe and easy location. However if you want to stay at a hotel where you will have amenities to enjoy I think finding an alternative may prove worthwhile.
This hotel is clean and staff was very friendly especially Alberto he made sure I had extra towels. Alberto provided excellent customer service. Which was very pleasant to witness during these challenging times. Overall great stay!
The beds were perfect, very soft. After a hectic drive on a very bumpy road, it was great to relax, watch some amazon, and fall asleep.
Very convenient location to Providence Airport.
Front desk staff were nice and friendly.
Small lobby area but bigger breakfast area towards the back next to a small bar. Breakfast buffet included and offers muffins, yogurts, bananas and oranges. 3 waffle makers, (make your own). Oatmeal with toppings. Cheese omelets, both pork and turkey sausages and scrambled eggs. Whole, skim and chocolate milk. Toast, english muffins and a coffee/tea stand by the juice machine.
Hallways smell of musty odor.
Bedrooms are average sized with a good size t.v. Sink/countertop separated from the toilet and shower.
Underneath sink is the mini-fridge. Not all rooms have a microwave but there is 1 in the breakfast area. (You may request one).
Rated a "3" as the noise barrier between rooms is awful. You can hear whole conversations in the next room so clearly, it's like they are in the same room.
Arrived early evening, left very early. Spent most of the evening at the Italian restaurant within walking distance.
Chose this hotel as it is walking distance of PVD. There are signs directing you to the hotel from the airport. The signs change background color from dark blue and powder blue. I missed a turn as my brain was just recognizing the color, not the words. Overall, a very easy walk and is covered, but open to the environment.
When I arrived, the room felt a little warm. The window unit had a sign on it that says to adjust the temperature via the thermostat on the wall. The thermostat on the wall was just a backplate with the actual controller missing. Back to the window unit, the controls are there.
Overall, it was a fine place to stay, roll out of bed and get to the airport in record time.
Very friendly staff and great working showers with good water pressure. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good with good selection
Close to the airport, we could see airplanes at their gates. My big issue is with sound proofing of the rooms. Strangely we couldn't hear much airplane activity but the walls from room to room were super thin. It felt like our neighbors were in our rooms where we could hear full conversations. I would still recommend this place but make sure to bring some ear plug
Dirty room, strange people in the corner of unopened bar, no microwave. The filthy unvacuumed floor and ring in the tub
I'll pay extra and stay at the Hyatt
Notice Aviators! This Fairfield Inn is legit! Great location right at the airport, food nearby, breakfast that is good, friendly staff, easy check in and out, and clean rooms. Highly recommended.
Great staff, courteous and helpful. Hotel is clean and updated. Rooms are nicely updated except for the silly barn doors which don’t completely block the toilet and shower for privacy.
Here are the complaints:
My room was on the 2nd floor and directly over the housekeeping workroom/laundry room. The housekeepers started playing a radio early in the morning which is fine however the music came up through the walls and floor right into my room and I could hear it until I checked out at 1pm.
The shower head in my room was an absolute joke. It was as if someone was holding a watering can over my head and pouring hot water out. Horrible! My coworkers didn’t have a similar experience so maybe mine was unique.
I had a do not disturb sign out so didn’t get harassed however 2 of my coworkers kept getting harassed by housekeeping asking when they would be checking out. The hotel knows exactly when we are checking out. Unacceptable!
This is a mostly nice hotel however it’s the little things that make the difference.
Easy walk from TF Green airport baggage claim to hotel, we'll marked route. Hotel very new looking, nice king room. No counter space in bathroom was inconvenient, but we were only there 1 night. Many selections at breakfast; eggs, sausage - both regular and turkey- cereal, waffles (make your own), rolls, muffins, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal.
This is how customers should be treated. The staff is excellent. Even as a platinum member I normally get a welcome and the standard thank you for being a platinum. Everyone here was smiling, asked me if I needed a shuttle, gave great directions to the room, I could keep going.

Another corporate stay, another brown filter. Bath exhaust filthy also. Place does not care about cleanliness.
Looks okay at first glance. The FILTHY air filters makes me wonder about real cleaning.
Chose and prepaid for park and fly combo. When checking in, I asked if I needed to park anywhere special. Was told no. When checking out to get on shuttle, I asked again about how they know the car is parking for 8 days. Then I was told I should have a tag on mirror. So then had to go back out to car to put tag on before shuttle.just felt rushed.
Perfect location right next to PVD. Rooms are clean and service was great! We booked here last minute after running from the Hampton Inn down the road. When we arrived at the front desk the associate was very friendly and quickly booked our room. The rooms are modern, quiet and clean. The bar, open until 11, had great service. We may switch from Hilton honors to Marriott after this stay!
Didnt have the correct rooms and then tried to discount me to compensate and ended up charging me extra.they still owe me $50 a month later.
