Terrible company, looking for anyway out of paying when i paid them for insurance. 3 people need to be faxxed or email the same forms, need everything just short of a blood sample when the shipper ACTUALLY DROPPED IT OFF THE BACK OF THE TRUCK. As a customer it shouldnt be on me to jump thru 100 hoops. I pay for insurance, it got damaged yall pay. Taking them to court is actually easier then their claim process.
