Nice people. Service is fine, but the quality of coffee is incomparable to Alaskan coffee kiosks.

I didn't go inside but the coffee that I ordered tasted great and service was fast and friendly.

Always accurate and good quality coffee and baked goods. The drive thru takes a while but is worth it. The girls that work there hustle, it isn't their fault orders take longer than at dunkies, their coffee is never burned and their bagels are never stale.

A quick stop off for a toasted everything bagel and a regular coffee. One of the few places you can get strawberry cream cheese.

Very well clean & maintained facility. With homemade morning items.
Great assortment of different types of coffee/flavors.

Drive through or dine in. Indoor or patio seating. These ladies (and a few gents) are always pleasant and on top of things, with a very dedicated clientele. Even at their busiest they do a great job. Staff makes most of their baked goods. Tasty muffins! Coffee available by the pound. Great local watering hole:)

I’ve been going to Felicia’s for years, after practices at Goddard Park, for study groups in college, and now before work! Whatever the occasion Felicia’s is a great spot to meet friends and grab a coffee. I highly recommend the vanilla iced lavender late!

Not good since new owner took over during pandemic, when Felicia moved to Florida: dry, tasteless bagels,
dry, overbaked muffins, used newspapers put back on shelf to sell, etc. An overall decline in quality.
The service and ambience however, remains great.

Beautiful spot to sit and have a coffee! Owners are wonderful people and coffee and pastries are the best! I look forward to stopping there every time I'm in the area.

Plain black iced coffee tastes pretty good. Not outstanding but better than acceptable. Their specialty drinks are really good and rotate all the time, so they stay fresh. Baked goods are pretty unique here, in addition to your staples. Baked goods have been phenomenal. Egg+cheese sandwich is fairly standard but tastes like they use actual good cheese. Sausage patty is nothing special, but the chorizo is unique and tasty, especially when paired with their portugese sweet bread. Bagels are solid, and so is their specialty cream cheese. Environment is cozy and warm, including a fireplace and couches/lounge chairs. Also have normal tables where you can sit to get some work done. Can get very crowded and busy during peak times. Drive through is easy enough but isn't any faster than just going inside, since they don't have any special efficiency systems like at McDonalds or T Bell. You basically are waiting in line, in your car.

Great variety! They have many flavors of coffee, where the flavor is infused into the coffee beans (no added sugar). Perfect breakfast & snack selection! Plus vegan, gluten free, and high in fiber options!

I tried this place with my kids for the first time last weekend and was pleasantly surprised to say the least. It was also nice to learn some history surrounding the Felicias Coffee brand in East Greenwich. I had a chocolate mousse flavoured iced coffee with cream and some sugar and an everything bagel toasted with one of their specialty cream cheeses and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The coffee they serve is not sweetened by default; the flavours are infused into the beans they use and I am a fan to say the least. I like having control over what is put in my coffee and this works perfectly for me. My daughter had a chocolate chip cookie and a toasted marshmallow hot chocolate with whipped cream. The young man who helped us at the counter was extremely respectful, fast, knowledgeable and welcoming towards us and for sure made a good first impression. I will be going out of my way to stop here from now on!

Had coffee and an egg & cheese on a bagel.
Coffee was good, egg & cheese on bagel was very good.
Clean, busy place, staff good.
Will definitely go back again

My favorite place for bagels. Went there early just after opening, ordered a sliced toasted bagel, it screamed fresh with every bite.

Ordered a small latte with Oatmilk. Very hot so didn't drink any. After I drove away I noticed how light the cup felt. Opened the lid and my coffee cup is maybe half full. Picture for reference (I have had zero sips). Coffee tastes good though

We wanted to like this place more. However the bagels wthe bagels were very chewy and not very flavourful. The ice coffee almost tasted like nothing even though it was ordered black. My wife also ordered a cookie which was also not very flavourful and very dry. Sadly we will not be back.

Unfortunately the last two times (Saturday and Thursday) I have had the worst experiences. I have celiac disease so GLUTEN FREE is a MUST! I ordered via drive thru, a GLUTEN FREE muffin I said this twice. I bit into said muffin and. NOT GLUTEN FREE, I was sick the rest of the day.

Service was perfect, especially considering so many places are understaffed. They were polite, responsive, and fast. Owner walks around greeting people, which is nice as well. Pumpernickel bagels are the best. Although one cream cheese packet split between two slices is a bit skimpy, I still enjoyed it. Chai was watered down tremendously, but it's a syrup, so could have just been the person making it. No big. What really destroyed it for me was the noise level. HOLY COW IS IT LOUD IN HERE! There is nothing in here to observe the sound. Seats and couches are leather, no carpet, no curtains, and open floor plan. It's a busy place, but with everyone talking, the espresso machine steaming away, and just the general hustle and bustle, it is so crazy loud and not worth it for me. Great to come, get your stuff, and leave, but definitely not to sit and work, or even chat. My ears are vibrating from the pain. No thank you. Get some carpets or curtains please.
