His patient service and professional courtesy are just very bad:
I had an urgent care need and made an appointment to see doctor Frederico F. Ferri, when it was my turn, he rudely told us to wait and then disappeared! Then a lady came here and told us that he could not see us today even if it was an urgent care event, and they charged me for it and let us sit for over 2 hours!
This hospital simply have NO empathy and professional curtsey to their patients, so do your homework when you select a hospital and a doctor!
