Garden Center at The Home Depot reviews
3I feel like customer service has gone flat since COVID-19. I went in tonight at 7: 25, they closed at 8 so I knew I had to rush. Normally I like to get to any establishment earlier than that, but running errands takes forever now with the long lines outside of stores. I ran into the section where you can buy blinds.nobody there. I found an employee nearby, he basically said it was too late for any blinds. He said "I know its on your list, but. " Which basically told me he didn't care about my list because he was trying to get out by 8pm. I passed almost a dozen employees, and the only one who engaged me was the one at the door, and the one at the register. But I didn't buy anything because I was appalled by the service I got. I have $100 in gift cards too and I will be calling corporate customer service on Monday so I can get my money and bring it to Lowes or Ace instead. It is a shame, but I would rather drive 15 minutes longer than ever go to this location again.
Here we go again. Another big store falls short in customer service. Also instore and online dont match up. This north kingstown store was suppose to have an item according to on line. I went to customer service, one lady walked away from counter and another one was talking to another employee instead of helping me. I almost dropped whati had and walked out but i needed the stuff. Next time Ace Hardware. They have more employees up front watching the register and customers cash themselves out then there are customers. They use to ask you "did you find everthing ok'. Well i didnt, but i cant ask the register. I think im done with home depot. Thank god theres still a few mom and pop stores around here.
Zero customer service.was trying to buy a trimmer. An associate helped the woman next to me then walked away without acknowledging me. Had customer service page for someone else to come assist and they never did after 15 minutes of waiting. I'll take my $$ elsewhere.
