Garden City Treatment Center reviews
14I won't say all my experiences here were great, sometimes I've felt unheard or dismissed. But everytime I see Dr. Creighton he always listens then responds, he's NEVER read my complaint and diagnosed me off that slight information. If I had a choice I'd see him every time I go there. I'm not saying the others aren't good, I haven't met all of them but the couple that weren't Dr. Creighton didn't seem to listen.
Doctor Salma Antony, listened to my complains, explained what was going to be done for each symptom I reported. 24 hrs later am feeling 70% better. Thank you very much for your extraordinary attention
Went in and was treated for bronchitis. The wait was about an hour, but beats the hospital emergency room waits on a holiday weekend. Personnel was friendly and efficient and organized. Dr was quick and thorough. Once I got into a room to be seen I was in an out within 20 minutes including a chest xray
He is always so very nice and gets to the point. I know a lot of people who had him and he is definitely loved!
Dr Sawant was very thorough and professional garden city treatment is lucky to have him thanks for the great service
Even tho there was a lot of patients, the wait wasn't as badly as other hospital’s emergency rooms
The staff is very friendly. This place is very disorganized. Here Oct 5th in the evening. Waited almost 4 hours. Should have went to RI hospital.
Horrible experience. They said they were still taking patients and then when I drove there said they were locked even though I’d been waiting. This is when someone is struggling. Deeply concerning. No regard for patients. Don’t come here.
I got an awesome doc tho shes quick and I’m pretty sure she already diagnosed me before ordering the xray she looked at my ankle and was like ok I’m going to order X-rays sounds like she thought “the X-ray is just to prove what I already know”
I have a task trained service dog. They gave me a hard time about having my service dog with me. Claimed that since it’s a privet company they could deny service dogs. Then they said I could only stay in a room with a door because people might be allergic. Both front desk clerks were rude to me. Ended up going to Kent county hospital with no access issues. Definitely don’t go here if you have a service dog. They don’t care about the Ada laws.
Staff and doctor were very nice. However, it was a very frustrating experience waiting over an hour and 15 minutes for my scheduled follow up appointment. Waited 40 min to be called into a room. Waited another 40 min in the room. Wasn’t actually seen by the doctor until after 315pm. Not really sure the purpose of scheduling an appointment.
No complains at all, very professional, they always help me, it’s either for an allergic reaction or what ever might be my need to be seeing.
I visited due to a work related incident where I was assaulted at work and the doctor informed me I was fine n should have returned to work after 2 days. Did not understand my concerns why I was revisiting.felt sole intention was to say this to workers comp team rather than provide a splint or referral.
The first two doctors I had were great and figured out a plan to get my pneumonia cleared up hopefully.
After having pneumonia initially me feeling better and then it getting worse and needing a second round of antibiotics two weeks later, I’m having the same symptoms and the new nurse practitioner said it’s probably viral because all of your other tests are negative for Covid, strep and flu. I informed her about me having pneumonia last month and she said OK. Just use your inhaler at home and I’ll give you a dose of steroids. No chest x-ray no nothing because my lungs didn’t sound junkie yet. The last time I had pneumonia my lungs sound clear but the x-ray showed it was pneumonia. So please do not see Salma Antony. And then when I told the nurse about, I didn’t feel that she didn’t know she said I’m just the messenger. So I left and I’m writing this review and will be going to another walk in.
