Amazing experience. They work with you to get the appliance that will do the job. I didn't really know what was the best selection to meet my needs, but Dede did. When it comes time to purchase my next appliance I won't waste my time or my
money I will go straight to Gil's.

After a NIGHTMARE experience with Home Depot we went to Gils. Home Depot damaged our floors and did not install the units correctly. From the moment I walked into Gils the level of service was far better. Sandy triple checked all the details including what side the door hinges should be on. The best part of the whole experience was the delivery and the two gentleman who did the install. They were so professional and had so much knowledge. They did a full install in 45 min. Home Depot took 3 hours for a completely botched install.

I will be a forever Gils customer for life!

I am late in posting this review, but just wanted to thank Gil's for their great customer service! We had a refrigerator delivered with dents in both doors. Gil's sent a representative from the manufacturer who expertly replaced them within a few weeks, no charge. We were very pleased with the thorough resolution of the issue, and value the good care we received from a local business. Thanks again!

So I found myself in the same predicament that many individuals find themselves. I needed a new fridgerator and yes, I had limited space requirements for a new one. After 5 different appliance store visits I was still stuck at square one with zero choices. I walked into Gil's Appliance store and approached the salesperson who was extremely positive, motivated and felt confident she could help me find what I was looking for. I actually had two choices and walked out shortly after my arrival extremely happy.
I was helped by Dede who was very knowledgeable with brands and models of fridgerators as well as store policies and went out of her way to explain warranties and extended warranties. If I have an issue with appliance, yeah, call Gil's and "they" do the leg work in ensuring the the warranty is met not a warranty company that puts you on hold for extended periods of time or has you put your phone up to the fridge so the fridge can talk to my phone and tell it why the freezer isn't working (don't ask.). Very happy with Dede, she was extremely helpful. Met one of the owners who was very approachable and when spoken to stopped with her busy day and conversed with me without hesitation. Gil's is a five star appliance store with a large selection of many brand named appliances. Customer service is exemplary! No, I'm not related to the Gil's family, I'm not an employee nor am I linked to Gil's in any way. I'm just an average guy who is extremely happy with Gil's appliances and my new fridgerator.
