Little hole in the wall kind of place, which is exactly where you want your heartwarming bites to come from. Breakfast at Green Eggs made for a family friendly experience. The waitstaff was only attentive but went the extra mile to bring my dad his own tea kettle for his hot tea. Pancakes were fluffy, omelette was balanced (satisfying without being heavy), the bacon and home fries were both perfectly crispy. Glad to have this place around the corner.

If you are a dasher or just picking up food stay away from this place every time I have come here to pickup food I have literally waited over 30 mins every time even when the order is marked as ready “it’s not” literally standing there at the counter and nobody will help you

Poor service, mediocre, and petty management. The food was not impressive and getting a seat was a nightmare. After a long wait to get seated and eat, they refused to take a gift certificate I was given a few years ago. They said it was expired. The money used to pay for the gift certificate never expired. They had no problems taking it. I recommend people somewhere else. Overrated place.

The best diner I've been so far. I've recently moved to the US and fallen in love with the diner atmosphere. After discovering Green Eggs, I don't really want to go to other places. Food is absolutely delicious. The staff is courteous. Highly recommended!

Worst service EVER! Stay away! After waiting outside twenty minutes to be seated, we are waiting inside over an hour with nothing served except coffee. To add insult to injury there are several tables who came in after us who have received their food. They provided a lame excuse about how the chefs work on tickets as they deem easiest. I guess scrambled eggs requires an advanced culinary skills. If I could have rated them lower than one star I would have. I don’t blame the waitstaff as they were helplessly waiting on the kitchen. This is possibly the worst run restaurant I have ever experienced. If you respect your time, stay away!

Love this diner experience. The food & service are great. Great breakfast potatoes too! We've only ever gone for breakfast & brunch; I usually get breakfast while my hubby orders lunch. You’ll leave full & happy!

I’ve been here twice. The first time the wait was long but the food was great, so I decided to give it another try. Today I waited over an hour, other tables who sat after me were served before me, and when I said something about it they made excuses. My meal was 1 banana pancake with spuds and 2 eggs. Nothing complicated… when my order finally came the pancake was raw not fully cooked at all so I couldn’t eat it. Had them take it off the bill. I received no apology from the staff just excuses. The wait was ridiculous and the food was subpar. I left hungry. I won’t eat here again.

Waited over and hour after ordering our food that we never received and we walked out. Server never came back to the table after taking our order…. Will definitely not be returning

Was seated immediately and put in my order of coffee and food. Received my coffee but decided to leave after waiting over an hour for an omelet that never came.

No staff member came to our table during that hour of waiting for food. Never experienced anything in a restaurant like this.

The food quality was great and the quantity was good. I was a little surprised at the price for a cup of coffee. Not used to a $5 cup of coffee. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Overall nice experience

30 min wait for food. Just me yet table of 4 who sat down and ordered after me served first. Had to go up to counter for coffee refill. When I said I was unhappy with service and provided details waitress argued with me. Should be $$ or $$$, expensive. 2eggs w/chz, side of toast, sausage, coffee $17.60

The special (The French toast in the pictures) was hands down the best I've ever had, it feels like love and soul was poured into our meals, my fiances Omelette was stuffed with cheese as described (The mousy omelette) and she loved it; The staff were filled with great attitudes and the wait wasn't long at all

This restaurant deserves 5 star ratings across the board; I will return and that's not just words that is a promise.

Omelet special with rye and a side blueberry pancake with a black cup of coffee was outstanding! Best omelet ive had in the area! Friendly, professional, and helpful staff, clean and bright spaces, and staff wore face masks. Don't walk, run to experience this litte magical spot.

Food is great. However, the service has slipped after previous owner sold. The wait is way to long to order and the wait to check out is unbearable.

I get occasionally things happen, but. Ordered from door dash. Items were missing such as side of fruit.my partner did not get Texas toast, but regular toast and was not grilled, as requested.my hollandaise sauce was not on the side as requested. No cheese in either eggs.very dissatisfied.

Tried this place once & won’t be back. They walked by with garbage twice, it left an awful odor in our section. I understand the garbage needs to be taken out but do not walk it by people who are eating/about to eat their meal, thats just common sense. If that wasn’t enough to make me lose my appetite, charging $5 for a SIDE of bacon sure did. Plenty of other better quality places around. Very disappointed with my experience here.

Incredibly good service, a nice atmosphere and really delicious food—you really can’t ask for more when dining out. I highly recommend the Portuguese Sailor. It comes piled high with sweet onions on top of some really delicious bread with perfectly cooked chorico sausage. This is definitely my go-to spot in Bristol.

This local favorite is definitely worth checking out. Very good food in a comfortable atmosphere.

Tucked away in a strip mall, green eggs is a popular spot.

When I went in, I first checked out the restroom. Clean, but not fancy. A few flowers and a candle in a tray were a nice touch.

The space was larger than I expected, with plenty of seating and spots at the counter, where I sat. No tv or music was playing, so I could overhear conversations around me.

The menu was complete but not overwhelming. I had a veggie and cheese omelette with a fruit bowl and a coffee. I don’t do pork, and their corned beef hash is only served on weekends. The home fries they were serving on other plates looked perfectly cooked with crispy edges, but I can’t speak to the spicing (I’m low carb, too- ugh!)
The service was quick and professional; Friendly, but efficient.

*The food was very good. Veggies were fresh and not overcooked. The cheese was plentiful and just melted without being runny. The omelette itself was medium thickness, moist and buttery without being too oily. The edges were browned but not crispy. The fruit cup was well varied, but not large. The coffee was very good. I was full when I got the bill.
With tip it came to $20, which was a bit much without meat
I’d recommend it to others, but it probably won’t become a favorite as I love to be satisfied AND feel like I got a great deal (hardly ever happens BTW… lol).
