Gregg's - North Kingstown

They need to update their website menu with what they have in the restaurant. Tried to place an online order for an item displayed on the website and couldn't do it so I called the restaurant direct. After placing the order I got a call back and was told they didn't have the item. I then ordered another item and the person on the phone couldn't find that on either. Eventually the person on the phone found the second item I wanted. The store manager should check the website to make sure what is posted is available in the restaurant.
Update Jan 24,2024: please add some low carb/ sugar free dessert options

We stopped in to pick up a few slices of cake. Easy enough. Mission accomplished. The carrot cake is great!

One of the most extensive menus, I've seen. You cannot get through it. And where can you get everyday turkey dinner. Winner Winner!

Outdoor seating was perfect.

Food was excellent, server was knowledgeable and adequately attentive, speed of service was good, menu selection was plentiful, decor and seating was comfortable - love the oversized booths. Dessert looked delectable but I was so full I was unable to order any. I need to come back and have the eclair. It looked divine. Only complaint was sticky wood tables. They were not dirty sticky. They were that kind of sticky that comes from cleaning wood with wet clothes and liquid cleansers for many years and the wood surface starts to break down. Could easily solve that with some tablecloths or glass over the wood. This restaurant is an excellent choice if you are in the area!

Dont come to this location! We went there on Aug 19,2023. We had a terrible waitress. Not once did she ask us if everything was ok. My fries were cold, the chicken was barely warm. Waitress didnt come around so I could get a soda refill until we were almost done with the meal. I only ate half of the chicken and some of the fries. I paid the bill and my guest paid the tip. If my friends weren't there, I wouldve asked for the manager! This waitress did not deserve a tip for terrible service. I was very disappointed with this place!

Greggs was enjoyable. The waitress was so very nice! The food was good and their desserts are amazing

I haven't ever been here to dine on their food, but their cakes? Amazing! Can't have a birthday without one.

First time I've ever had the French onion soup. It costs $3 more for the bread and cheese but my goodness it was an incredible first experience! I was even told that there are better ones out there but it was so good that the apple crisp didn't stand a chance! Guys, get the soup and tell me where else I can get some because it was basically a vibe sitting in their outdoor section eating soup and pie and drinking beer.

Always a good time. Food and service a Always good. And don't skip on the dessert. They are to die for.

Really good restaurant with attentive staff. We ordered lobster rolls with French fries and were very satisfied.

Service was a bit slow, but they do have a note disclaiming that they are short staffed. Please be patient with them, the food is worth the wait.

Nice restaurant with a large outdoor seating for the summer. They have a relatively large and varied menu. The food quality was good.
