GrowGeneration - East Coast Hydroponic Warehouse, Warwick RI

This place is going downhill fast. This used to be the place to go to for everything. Now everything is OVERPRICED, nothing on the shelf has a price on it so depending on who you ask in the store you will get different prices. Every time I go in the same product is a different price. They claim to price match but don't. You can easily find cheaper prices online with free shipping. There are a couple nice employees but most are miserable and don't care to help. It's a shame

What an awesome place! They have absolutely everything you could ever need and with prices that beat everywhere else around my area and even online. Will most definitely be using this place for all of my growing needs and I have a lot of them!

Went there but they didn't have much bigger of the square pots that we needed. So had to pass, but guy that tried to look was nice.

4 employees standing at counter, no other customers in sight, none available to make a product recommendation. Yeah, I'll just go someplace else, thanks.

Customer service need Improvement. Some of the employees are very moody. Products they are selling are overpriced. Visiting another hydro store. Items sold there were fairly priced. This will be my last time doing business with this store

They have all the equipment you need so you can start your journey to grow your own medicine. Well for some of you, you can grow garbage.

The staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help with any questions you have. I live about an hour away and have tried others closer to me with being disappointed that they don’t have what I need! Their prices are so close to Amazon pricing it is not worth waiting for the delivery most times. I call ahead when I need lady bugs or mite predators because they sell out. But have them within a day. I make sure I put a day aside to make the trip there I am never disappointed!

It gets 4 stars because they can be kind of pricey but the staff is pretty good and they have a huge selection.

Never organized or fully stocked. Always getting conflicting information about products. Take your money elsewhere.

Helpful staff, took the time to answer my questions. Helped me setup a grow system without upselling me.

Called for a t5 ballast, dude on the phone said they do t sell them. They advertise they sell everything a grower need but a simple ballast, guess they want you to buy new fixtures everytime something goes wrong. Went Dow the road to grainers got what I needed for 40 buck t5 is good as new.

Paid more for stuff that was on sale than my bubby paid reg last week what bs, oh well I'll go back to amazon

The selection is overwhelming. So many things I didn't even know existed and right there for you to check out. Way bigger than any other hydro store I've been to, easily 10x the size of most.

Awesome prices and a huge selection of products makes this the place to shop if you are into growing.

No question! These guys are the best! They were willing to open on the 4th of July for a small order. Superior customer service!

Get selection, good prices, I was pleased with their service and help when there was an issue. They fixed it right away. I will be going there in the near future for my gardening needs.

I've been in there several times and they were so rude and condescending I have lots of friends who go there I give
them the difference to go to the grow store on Post Road

Great place that usually always has everything you need in stock! I live 40 minutes away but make the drive just because they have everything I need. I am huge on internet buying but they usually come very close or sometimes beat prices on the internet and I much rather support the local brick and mortar! The owner Dave is a great guy, He gives me good advice and I had an issue before and he helped me out. Great place!
