Habitat for Humanity for Rhode Island South County reviews
13Great place to find treasures look deep, friendly! Good prices, you will find a variety of items clothes, books, glass.
As a volunteer, I see the hard work of all the staff and other volunteers. They are all hard working and go out of their way for customers. Lots of great deals are had by the Habitat for Humanity's Restore. They have implemented a new register which reads UPCs. This place is ready for 2017 and beyond.
Great selection of items. Prices fair. Staff is friendly. Easy parking. Check out their social media pages for any updates or sneak peeks.
Friendly employees, but not too quick to help load your purchases, so if you intend to purchase something of size, bring help
I've been shopping and supporting habitat since they opened the restore in Charlestown. I'm very sad to say I will no longer shop there. I purchased a window and came to pock it up, to be told they gave it to someone else the day before. Told me oh well, I'll give you your money back.that helps with the hole in my house waiting for the window I was supposed to be picking up today. Thank you so much for not checking tags. Not the first time this has happened.
Seem like it's changed. Much more furniture than in the past. Good place to get remodeling stuff cheap but the selection is not as =goo as it'd been in the past. I'll keep checking. I've gotten lots of good deals there.
Great place to find some treasures. I've found a number of roughed up antiques that have refinished beautifully.
We called Habitat for Humanity to donate literally tons of "furniture": tables dressers, sofas, beds, end tables, hutches, chairs, desks, and more. They sent a driver and an assistant over. They were impersonal and unprofessional. They refused to engage in any dialog. They picked through our furniture as if they were scavenging through trash. They ultimately chose two maple dressers. The majority of furniture they refused sold by the end of the day which is an indicator of their desirability.
Worse they took items that were not "furniture" including a WWI British combat helmet valued at $100.00+ and yard tools. I doubt very much that the helmet made it's way back to the H4H store. Certainly not what I anticipated from a charitable organization with Humanity in it's name.
All kinds of used building materials, appliances and furniture. A great way to donate to a good cause!
A great place for thrift store furniture, to buy or to donate. They do great work for the community.
Best place to look before anywhere else. Great folks working hard and the ride is beautiful from Warwick.
Love this store. You can always find something and always great prices. I love that there is so much to look at and and everytime I go there is something new. Very friendly staff.
Everyone is helpful at the ReStore. The organization does such wonderful things for people making sure they have good homes
