This is the second time I’ve scheduled with Happy Nest and the second time my clothes were not picked up. The first time my clothes were outside for over 24 hours. It took multiple follows up to get someone here. I requested unscented detergent because I have a newborn and scented product was used. I also was given someone else’s socks with my clothing.

This time my clothes have been outside in the rain all day and I was assured someone was coming. I cannot reach anyone in customer service. Now my clothes are wet and dirty.

I tried this service because we had flooding and our washer and dryer broke. Laundry with 3 kids was piling up and I thought this might make it easier. I was wrong. I cannot recommend Happy Nest.

My laundry was supposed to be picked up between 7: 30-9: 30 AM today. I left it on my building's steps and went into my office, knowing if it would be unattended, it would likely only be for an hour. It's 6: 40PM, I've been trying to reach HappyNest all day, the app still says it was delayed until 1: 30-2: 30 PM, customer service responded once and I've never heard from them again, and my laundry is MISSING. Either this is a scam, someone stole the clothing and the app isn't updating or working. This is awful. Now my account says the order is cancelled and I'll be charged a fee.still haven't heard from customer service about my clothes. I just lost 3 loads and probably over $1600 worth of clothing.

My clothes get semi cleaned and my white fabrics come back gray.
I send my laundry in two bags because I cant' carry the load, and It continues to be returned in one bag, with hurts my body.

Happy Nest has been my go to laundry service for next day return delivery. The customer service is great and the washing staff is excellent.

Truly awful. I have a baby and laundry had been piling up so I sent it all out hoping to save myself some time. It was returned rolled up (not folded, but rolled and squished flat) inside out, shoved into bags, wrinkled and still dirty. White items were mixed with colors and are now ruined. I have to refold everything and replace my clothing, so it did not dave me any time. And it was expensive AF.customer service does not seem interested in helping me - I've been back and forth emailing all week. Do not use this company.

I'm revising my review because although it was true it did not highlight what I did like about the service.

Pros: Clothes smelled clean and were folded well. Pick up / drop off people were very nice. They tried hard to address the issues and I appreciate that.

Cons: There was a delay picking up my laundry and delivering my laundry.
They delivered my pillows back damp. They explained they do this because it will burn. I really wished they would have asked me. I always dry my pillows and they don't burn. I guess they were looking out for the customer. Better damn than burnt.

I am going to give the service another try. I have a pick up scheduled for tomorrow.

Weight your laundry before sending as they charge by the pound Difficult to believe one of the furnished bags of regular clothes cost over $110. Used three times. Twice had other people’s laundry mixed in. Today returned our things and picked up things not belonging to us. It does return clothes neatly folded but not worth it to us

Service overall is decent and convenient. The clothes came back wrinkled and some had a very rough feeling to it. The guy also insisted I had no wool clothing (which can't be dried), but I did in fact have wool clothing. My folding instructions were also useless bc nothing came back the way I requested them to be folded and I refolded everything.

Stay away from this company! I lost $300 worth of comforters. There was an issue with my telephone number on the delivery so the driver and the company justified leaving my laundry in the vestibule of my 200 unit apartment building. The building has an intercom that could have been used to ring me and a button for deliveries. The driver decided that my merchandise was not valuable enough to ensure safe delivery and left my stuff there. Despite notes that said DO Not leave in the lobby. The supervisor justified this behavior indicating that the phone number was wrong and failed to address the drivers unwillingness to honor our contract to care for my belongings. I contacted my buildings digital doorman’s customer service and during that period the intercom was not triggered - is it so hard to just ring the bell for entry? I found some of my comforters in the garbage room and never found the remains 2. Fast forward- the same driver came to pick a bag of clothes - to avoid the same thing happening- I tried to explain the system - he was not receptive. In addition he took no accountability for the first incident. In fact, I was told “ I don’t know what to tell you- there is no button “ I said I will take you downstairs and point out the button labeled “For Deliveries” Ups & FedEx get in every day! At which point he became irritated and the conversation escalated - and I said - if I can’t be reimbursed for my lost comforters - at minimum I would like to ensure it does not *****happened again. The 6 foot man then said to this 5 ft middle age woman I am threatening him and disrespecting him- I guess it’s not disrespectful to leave 6 comforters - worth 100-150 each in an unsecured location but it is to be upset, voice it and seek assurances that the situation will not occur again. I suggest you stay away from this company - there are actually other options - i called to complain and was told my account was closed because I am threatening. That’s the new code word- workers can screw up, fail to honor their duty and commitment to you and when you have a human reaction - say your wrong… Needless to say - on some level it’s my own fault- I should have never tried to use them again. When companies show you their values, culture and commitment- believe them- not a happy nester

For two months, we used this service with limited issues (not zero). However, on November 18th I was notified that "HappyNest laundry is pausing service in your area effective 12/16". I had a successful pick-up on the 23rd and completely forgot to put my laundry out for pick-up on the 30th. I was then given an option for a Saturday pick-up for an extra $7.00 fee, which I accepted.

Saturday came and went with no pick-up, but I assumed I messed something up on the confirmation. I then noticed that I had no pick-up scheduled for 12/07.

On 12/06 I contacted customer service about this, only to be informed that "the facility will no longer service due to being chased by his dog on today's pick-up. " When I responded that my dogs are kept inside and that I saw nothing reflecting this on my security cameras, I was told, "Unfortunately, the account has been canceled I do apologize"

I'm left with confusion, frustration and the advice to others to avoid this service.

I need some help with getting chores done and laundry seemed the most critical. I signed up for the service easily, put exact instructions as to wear to pick up the clothes within my profile, labeled as asked because this was my first time, and put them in the proper place last night, so I wouldn't miss the pickup.

They missed the pickup because the instructions were not read. I sent an inquiry to them, and the response was they are out of the area and can't return until Monday. I am disappointed that the only fix for them is to change the pickup date, however, if I had put out my laundry, I would be charged $25 rightfully so as I did not follow our agreement.

I've been a customer of Happy Nest for 4 months. I run a B&B and the laundry was just consuming me so I began to send it to Happy Nest. What I was most pleased with was that I didn't have to do the laundry myself. But I noticed over the four months that I lost a number of top sheets and that my whites towels especially we're looking greater and grayer. Not enough for me to stop the service but enough to think I'm going to have to be in touch with them and they'll have to do better. It's a great idea but this morning when I realized that I had inadvertently canceled the pick up for today I wrote to them at 10: 00 I sent them a text and said please tell Katie to stop the cancel was a mistake and they wouldn't do it and my housekeeping staff comes on Wednesday and they would not come back until thursday. And I thought you know for all the money that I pay you and I know your driver is right in this area because she had come back once before and made me her last stop when I wasn't quite ready one morning. I wrote back and said thank you very much but no thanks I quit I had laundry that was costing me on average $3 a piece that's $3 for a face cloth $3 for a pillowcase $3 for a bath mat whatever and for that high rate I think as a customer I deserved a little better so I am no longer a Happy Nest person and I would not recommend them to you.

Horrible and Unreliable. I kept giving second chances because I wanted this service to work for me but is unbelievable how disorganized this company is. For example, they picked up my laundry yesterday and charged my credit card and delivered the laundry back today —in the same condition it was when they picked it up! Basically took it for a ride and brought to back. I don’t have time for this nonsense. Look elsewhere!
