Harry's Bar & Burger reviews
16Solid go to for sliders and a beer. Fun late night atmosphere/ bar vibe and friendly service!
I have frequented this establishment on numerous occasions for client and partner meetings. The mini burger platter consistently stands out, offering a delightful blend of taste and diverse choices. While the venue may be a little small it achieves an intimate atmosphere for productive interactions. The unique cow sculpture outside adds a touch of charm, and even the restroom door carries a distinct appeal.
Great food, staff was super helpful with my takeout order. Everything was correct and tasted great!
Had an excellent fried chicken slider and a cheeseburger slide. Excellent taste. Also ordered a side of fries. Great service. Great location. It’s almost like a hole in the wall Gem.
We always come here every time we’re in Providence. Great prices, amazing food. You literally can’t go wrong with anything you order here, but I love the pastrami sliders and the bacon sliders. We will keep coming here, that’s for sure!
This place is between a 3 and a 4 for me. Service was extremely slow granted they were busy but we got our drinks after our food and it took 15-20 minutes for them to get the check. Burgers and onion rings were real good however the wings were your typical frozen out of the bag restaurant wouldn’t recommend them if you’re a wing guy.
Best GODAMN burger in the state. Olivia was a very sweet, kind and attentive server. If your looking for good service and a ROCKING burger, best believe this the place for you.
OMG exactly what I was craving. I don't even know why it's been so long since we went back here! Every burger is so delicious. My favorite thing is those sweet potato fries with the kryptonite aioli YUM! It's a small cozy spot and that's what I love! The bartender was super sweet and attentive.
“Best restaurant ever “ says my 12 year old and burger fan. Burgers have a ton of flavor. I suggest the MOAB. Onion straws are fantastic especially on the burger and the fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. There’s not a lot of dining room on the inside, but the hostesses are fantastic.cool vibe
This place has it all. Great service, great food and great vibe. From the burgers to the boozy shakes, you will greatly pleased by the flavors. I had the mother of all burgers (M. O. A. B) with a boozy oreo shake and chili fries and let me tell you, it was perfect.
The music playing was amazing however, the food was a little too grassy. The milkshakes are good but they were not cold. For two sliders and a milkshake I paid $20, so, not very expensive.
My family got sliders and ate them so fast they were so good. I got wings and my babies had hot dogs. Everyone enjoyed their food so much. The waitress was attentive but not overbearing and the establishment was very clean. I'd go again.
Food is great, but they sneakily charge 3% more for using a credit card. This practice should be illegal.
Harrys Bar and Burger is one of the few places that is open on Saturdays for lunch near the riverfront. My wife and I each enjoyed a pair of sliders. I had the mushroom sliders and my wife had the basic cheese sliders. All the sliders tasted very fresh. We also enjoyed the sweet potato fries. They have more than one location but this was the most convenient for us. It was only 10 minutes away from the Providence River boat ride that we took earlier in the morning.
$120 for two people. An app, 3 sliders, and two drinks each. Oof. I should love this place. Instead it's. Man Providence has so much good food. Why, Harry's, why?
1. No reservations. Can be a boon mid-week or make the place inaccessible Friday and Saturday.
2. Small seating area downstairs.only like 5 tables, most within 10 yards of the bathroom and the kitchen. Yuck. There's an upstairs seating area fortunately, but the open kitchen is still right next to the toilet.
3. Food is good. Interesting burger combinations like pastrami and mushrooms. But they're all sliders. Great for sharing, less great if you're hungry.
4. Unless you order a drink off the menu, you're gonna have a bad time. We walked away from our second round of drinks, as the martinis were undrinkable. I complained, thinking anyone over the age of 16 should be able to make a regular, every day, normal vodka martini. Instead we got watery olive juice and with an eye dropper of Tito's. Taking it off the bill or a gift certificate or something was not offered.
