I didn't visit Hasbro. I cut through the corridor near it to go to the Potter Building. GPS doesn't pinpoint my location very accurately

I came in with my 4 week baby. And I will tell you they are very respectful and kind. From the checkin process to discharge. Yes there are long wait times. But that is to be expected. I didn’t have a ride home and they called an Uber for me. They are very accommodating to anything the parent needs. They are here to work with you to make sure the children are getting taking care of. Not against you. If I ever need to go back. I definitely will. I hate going into providence it gives me anxiety but it’s worth it. When you know everyone is trying their best. Thank you for all that you did for my baby on my visit.

My daughter came in w severe abdominal/ pelvic pains. To get an ultrasound she needed to fill her bladder. But they made her want so long she was getting worse pain holding her urine she just had to let it go then they made her drink water again to fill up her bladder which took soo long again, the ultrasound rooms were full, they had to send a transport to bring us all the way to the other side to adults US. She felt she was going to explode. The dr seemed upset that none of the staff was in communication.

This hospital is THEEEEE worst. They are in the business of reporting families to Dcyf more than helping them. When a parent brings their child to an emergency room and it results in a Dcyf call rest assured the parent WILL NEVER BRING THEM BACK. How about we bring compassion, understanding, support, and providing information and resources instead of a hotline call. DISGUSTED. Good thing I am an amazing parent with strong community ties because this could have resulted in an entire different outcome. Shame on you HASBRO!

This hospital is a joke! Today they discharged my younger brother who has a serious mental illness and is in need of a transfer to either Butler or Bradley Hospital! He bashed his head into the wall at home a total of eight times and started bleeding and they said a transfer was not a necessity! They even said if my stepdad just left him there they would call DCYF on him! Now my stepdad has to book a hotel room with my brother because he can't take him home in his mental state! I'm totally disgusted! This unprofessionalism is inexcusable on many fronts!

If I could give 10 stars I would. My 6-week-old had to go into surgery. Every person we dealt with from walking in was beyond amazing. From the check in, to the waiting area, to every single nurse and doctor. They were all AMAZING. At first, we were told that we were going to have to stay overnight, but they did everything in their power to let us go home that same day. You can tell that all the doctors, and nurses love what they do and that they love children. They also accommodate very well to the parent with anything they might need while they are there. Everything with this hospital is up to date, and very new. The cafeteria and all the food is pretty good, especially for being a hospital. I hate driving into Providence, but I will definitely go if I need to go to Hasbro.

This hospital is a joke and a disgrace. I came in with my daughter who had a dog bite and needed stitches. We were left in the waiting room for 6 hours. By the time we got to a room stitches were out of the question. Everyone came getting called in before us. When we asked what was taking so long we got told there were others with worse conditions. So now I pray my child doesn’t develop an infection after sitting there for so long. The only positive was the doctor and nurse were very nice and good with her.

This hospital is a joke. I’ve literally been waiting over an hour for the “supervising doctor” to come look at my daughter’s foot wound and give the resident (who I’ve been watching sitting at a desk doing nothing) permission to treat the injury. This hour wait is the tail end of the over 4 hours we’ve been here waiting to be seen. Do not come to this hospital ER.

They're always overcrowded it's very inconvenient they're not very sanitary they don't wear masks or anything like that so even if you have to walk through always wear masks

I'm still sitting in therapy more than 2 years later trying to work through the immense trauma and grief that Dr. Brett Slingsby and his team caused to our family. If I could give negative stars I would.

Had to wait for 4 hours to see a doctor this is the worst emergency room I have ever been to.when we did get to the back with our 4-month-old baby we still had to wait another 30 minutes this is beyond the worst children's hospital I have ever been to and if I can avoid this place I will. If I was able to give negative stars I would.

Amazing hospital with the most dedicated, professional staff. You will see how amazing the staff is no matter what department you in from the ER to the lab to the x-ray department. The staff and quality of care is amazing!

This is by far the worse hospital considering it’s for children! We have been in the waiting room for over 3.5hrs with our 4m old and have seen people leave and no one get called it nor checked on! The waiting room is dirty and cold and all the staff have been super unfriendly and rude! I do not recommend coming here at all

The worst is waiting, they leave you waiting for such a long time but still, no matter how much you complain, they do nothing, I know there are other patients who deserve to be there sooner but there is some solution. I didn't arrive at 1 almost 6 and no one has seen my child

Today I brought my 3.5 year old son to the Emergency Department after nearly a week of on and off stomach aches, vomiting, fevers and generalized malaise. My spunky, bright, incredibly loved little boy was listless and not doing well which prompted my trip in.

I can’t say enough how impressed, pleased, and thankful for the staff that participated in my sons care. I am a registered nurse, but today I was a nervous mom and was treated with respect by an efficient team of clinicians. Not only did every caregiver/specialist listen to my concerns, but they responded with a genuine sense of commitment to improving my sons status/comfort. I feel as though my son received thorough and timely diagnostics which I received regular updates/outcomes. The efficiency, kindness and professionalism superseded my expectations and I left with my son feeling at peace and comforted knowing he received an absolute complete work-up. The
Hasbros Emergency Department is clearly aware of what helps families going through mini-crisis with our beloved children, and I can say it made an incredible impact on my personal experience with my sick child. Please, reinforce to the staff they are doing a superb job. Thank you so very much for taking care of my son today—he is the light of my life and watching him receive top notch care was priceless. In fact during our discharge reviewed, he informed us he “did not want to leave to go home”. That is a job well done!
