REPLY TO THE OWNER: You mention my visit in May. I had not attended any conferences at that time. This hearing aid DOES NOT work where there is a lot of background noise which proves that it is only a GLORIFIED and EXPENSIVE amplifier. Also, you mentioned that you will be away. I did not ask for an appointment with you. I prefer dealing with Sara.

I had another brand of hearing aid which was ok but not great. My biggest issue was not being able to hear in crowded places. I went to this establishment and they sold me another one and told me that it was the state of the art. I had to pay them $650 in addition to what my insurance paid.
With COVID, professional conferences were not taking place. They just have started and within the past couple of weeks I have attended a couple of them. This hearing aid is a piece of junk. I almost cannot hear anything with it. When I called them they refuse to take it back.
I would not do business with them again. My daughter also has had issues with them.

Excellent experience with Rachel Baboian. After a very short wait I met with Dr Baboian who was extraordinarily patient, explaining the hearing exam and summarizing the results in a manner I could understand. Hearing is so important; you can trust Dr Baboian to help you make the best decisions for you.

Dr. Rachel is how we know her! She was amazing with my 2yr old! Hands down the best ear doc for little ones around! She had such patience with her and making her laugh and actually doing the hearing test while playing with her. Highly recommend! Location was very convenient and easy to access with young children.

I took my 95-year old mother to see Dr Loffredo and was amazed at the way staff members treated her with the utmost care. She was warmly greeted the second she arrived and shown in to the reception area. It seemed to me that my mother was given the white glove treatment. I thought this was a one-off experience but I observed on my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th visit to their McLean office that staff members treat every client the same way. Hmmm. Needless to say I’m very pleased with what I’ve observed. Further, the staff members make best efforts to honor appointments on time - I suppose- recognizing that each person’s time is important. We never have to wait formore than five minutes, if that, beyond the appointed hour. Based on such wonderful experiences, I am now one of their clients.

The staff here absolutely saved the day for me!
My dad was having trouble with his hearing aide, so I called in a panic because it was the holiday weekend, and they told me to come down and they showed me what to do.

I was very pleased with my experience at Hear for you. I arrived early and they took me in early. The doctor is very personable and knowledgeable. I was instantly put at ease. My 11 month old son made it through a hearing test without a complaint, he was smiling and happy. I was stunned.

I absolutely love this place. They are very knowledgeable and extremely nice. Was able to get an appointment quickly to upgrade my sons 10 year old hearing aids. My son and I were so happy we chose to come here. I would highly recommend Hear For You to anyone.

I had a thorough hearing test and purchased two hearing aides that have been trouble free. The whole experience was excellent and the staff was extremely knowlegeable.

My daughter was a premie so we have her ears checked as preventative measures. The staff there was so welcoming and pleasant in this uneasy time we are living in. Dr. Baboian was very professional but also had such a kind heart with my daughter. She was patient and understanding, even reading her a little book she loves before starting. I would highly recommend this office.
