Hilton Garden Inn Providence Airport/Warwick reviews
16I was at the Hilton Garden Inn in Warwick for about a month, and it was a great experience. Not only was the hotel clean and full of amenities, but the staff was great. When in Rhode Island, I highly recommend.
The blinds don’t close. Needed to sleep during the day but couldn’t get the room dark. BYOB (blinds) is not for me.
The staff are wonderful and hotel is well maintained. Parking lot is a nightmare.
There’s barely any available parking spots after 5pm and there’s no entrance doors on the side of the hotel where the parking lot is. You have to walk over 200ft with with bags and/or children just to get inside after parking. What’s worst is you have to pay for that parking
I’ve also seen the staff folding bed linens across the breakfast bar. It’s not the most unsanitary thing it’s just very tacky and should be done elsewhere.
Very good stay, rooms were clean and service was good. I wanted to recognize a worker individually named Brian that gave great service and went out of his way to make sure the stay was as best as possible!
The room was quite large and comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Staff super friendly and helpful. I will stay again.
Wonderful stay. Especially enjoyed the fresh cooked to order breakfast. Great solution to COVID and shortages. Hope it is kept.
I always love staying at Hilton Garden Inn. The o e thing I wish they would change is the coffee brand. Everything else is great. Ah, one more thing, no Hot tub, really. Hot tubs are a need, sure missed not having it.
Rooms are nice and clean, but I feel nickeled and dimed here. I am a Hilton Diamond member and stay at Hilton brand hotels for over 30 days a year, sometimes quite a bit more. The breakfast is not included and for what the prices are, I would not recommend it. The Hampton Inn a bit closer to the airport is just about as nice, and I can get a bagel and cereal complementary.
Wonderful place to stay! Although we did not have breakfast there, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and hospitable.
Lobby was chaos, kids and teens running around everywhere and screaming- front desk watching and laughing. At night kids ran through halls making a ton of noise. Hotel did nothing about it. Will not come back
Do not stay there rooms smell and are dated box springs are broken, fridges are broken and smell, paint is falling off the ceiling, they refund you your money to someone else and won't fix it, maenager has no clue how to run a business and needs to be terminated for lack of knowledge and customer service all they come up with is excuses stayers beware go to a different place.
Had an AC unit that sounded like m249 gunfire in Vietnam when it kicked on. Really brought my dreams to life at 3am. 9/10, would recommend for lifelike war dreams.
Nice staff break location less than two minutes from the airport parking is open and has a nice restaurant attached
I have stayed at this location twice recently and was extremely pleased with our stay. We had 10 rooms booked down the street and after discovering the lack of cleanliness at this location, we all drive to Hilton and thankfully, they were able to accommodate us all. This location is clean, updated, welcoming, professional staff and Al the amenities you need. Highly recommend!
Good standard HH location. Friendly service. Great having the Ironworks restaurant right next door
Was a Five Star, Now its a 3.
They HAD. Hot tub. They built over it and that was the only reason I rented from here.
You now have to pay for Breakfast. Waffles included. I never paid for a waffle in my life until I rented from here.
The pool can be warmer. Just a tad bit warmer. Especially in the WINTER.when I went it was Freezing in February.
Iron works always seem to be under maintenance when I go.
Wont be renting from there again.
