While I am very satisfied with Hinckley, we had issues with our delivery that could have been avoided. Brad has been wonderful in addressing them and has helped a lot and I'm sure the outstanding issues will be taken care of this winter when the boat returns to Portsmouth for storage.
I’ve purchased over a dozen boats in my 50 plus years of boat ownership and found Hinckley salesman, Dolf Haffenreffer, as the most consummate sales professional I ever dealt with. We met when he was selling a Hinckley boat for a client, which I purchased. I was so impressed with Dolf during the transaction, that I told him I would use him the next time I sold a boat. That came two years later. He sold my boat within weeks. He’s so easy to work with and goes the extra mile for all his clients. He’s a kind and gentle man, who has a passion for what he does. Dolf is the best!
