The hotel is very clean and has a great smell, thru the whole hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in great conditions and everything was well taken care of.

Great hotel. Pool, hot tub and sauna until 10pm. AC runs all night with no issues and a wall outlet for EV charging which was helpful

I am a seasoned traveler being Hilton Diamond and Marriott Gold and this property ranked right up with those but at a sharper price point. This is a great property and good access to the places we wanted to go.

Pretty good location, great hospitality. Clean rooms and nice indoor pool. Gym is small but has good basics.

It's a basic hotel but as long as you aren't expecting otherwise it's a great place. Very clean, nice pool, simple free breakfast and close to Newport. What else do you need? !

Stayed here for fishing trips in Point Judith, which is about a 30 minute drive. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly and efficient. Good restaurants and early morning breakfast place (opens at 5am) in close proximity. Everything we need.

Such a well maintained property. We stayed a night in a pet friendly room with our pooch. Room was beautiful with NO animal odors whatsoever. Breakfast was limited but the breakfast staff was great. This place is a deal you won't regret.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I've never been so disrespected by a Hotel in my life as I was this place. It's an old Motel that they threw some money into and took some good professional photos but they can't take away the fact it's still a dump, just by the Smell of the place. I lasted 20 minutes there before checking right out. The room smelled awful, probably water damage. Ants all over the floor in the bathroom. Hair laying across the bedsheets. Then I checked out instantly with my wife and one year old son and the General Manager KAREN BLOMSTEDT didn't want to refund me my money. I was at the place a total of 20 minutes and She basically called me a liar and said we checked your complaints and didn't see it. How did she check when she wasn't there? It was Labor Day weekend Saturday, she was home with her family how did she check? She just took the word of the people who would've been responsible for the room being unkept. The manger at the time, BETH ALISON begged me not to leave because they know it was a bad look for them. If you stay here they will keep your money even if you have an issue. You will not be treated properly. I am a first responder, Police Lieutenant, not a liar as I was made to be by KAREN BLOMSTEDT. I have made complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Wyndham and I plan on taking this as far as possible.

I've stayed at Howard Johnsons all over the country: NY, SF, LA, WA, MT, CT, AZ-this has to be the best and most cared for hotel of all the HoJos. Excellent place to rest. Much love.

Très grande chambre! On lits, bonne literie. Mini frigo avec congelateur et micro onde sans la chambre. Très propre dans tout l'hôtel (motel 2 étages avec balcon ou espace extérieur pour chaque chambre). Très bien situé sur artère principal allant au centre ville

We used Howard Johnson's for our wedding block and they were awesome to work with. Locked in a price that was way lower than the surrounding Aquidneck Island hotels. They handed out our wedding welcome bags at check-in and were great at sending me updated guestlists prior to wedding weekend. Free breakfast provided in an updated lounge which was a great place to see everyone who was staying there.
