THEY NEED TO STAY AWAY FROM APPLE. I came and brought my son Apple iPad screen that broke to fix and paid $195, just 30 mins of use it keeps shutting off! This is NOT good as we are not from Miami and can’t come back. I’m so very much annoyed as they damage the my Apple IPad

WORST PLACE EVER DONT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED THERE. The guy will literally rob you. He charged me $492 for just a slightly cracked screen iPhone repair then I tried asking why it was so much and he was literally saying random things about the camera size when it was just the front screen that was cracked. After leaving I called pretending to be someone else asking for the price and he told me $139. Ridiculous. Never go there unless you want to get scammed.

Worst customer service I've received in the east coast. Whoever was at front desk 06/02/2023 please take measures

If I could give this place a 0 I would. My husband went to fix his phone screen, the guy charged him $460 for a "new screen", it ended up being after market and then his speaker didn’t work. The guy wanted to charge him more money. Then my husband went back to the store to get his original parts so he could go get it fixed at a reputable place, the guy lied and told him he didn’t have the parts anymore so my husband went through his trash and desk and found his parts. Don’t take your phone or anything here unless you want to basically get robbed.
