Stopped here many times and have yet to have a bad experience. Food has always been good, servers are friendly and the place is clean.

Very busy when we got there staff was very friendly helpful Amanda are our waitress was excellent my mother enjoys her food I enjoyed mine ordered a little too much had to bring my pancakes home afternoon snack

Reasonable prices. Fast service and good quality food. Very satisfied with our evening meal. Eden was a good server.

Our food was not great- overly salty and lukewarm. Our waitress was wonderful however one of the other employees made our experience awful. An older female waitress yelled at our toddler when he stuck his foot out onto the aisle for about 20 seconds. People on the other side of the restaurant could clearly hear her because she was so loud and brash. A little kindness would have gone a long way when speaking to a child. Also why sit families with small children in such a tight area when they know it could cause a problem. Will never go back and will never recommend this location to others.

My fiance took me out to dinner a few weeks ago to IHOP and it was a pleasant time we had there. Sam V. Was our server and he just has a great personality. It was almost like we have know him for a while. It's a very comfortable atmosphere in the Middletown IHOP. No pressure, good food. Everything was served hot. I think I found my new favorite French fry joint. The burgers are great. The chicken fingers are great. The Waffles are amazing and the omletts are big and delicious. Good portions and great prices.
We ate there again tonight and we were lucky enough to have Sam V. Be our server again! Everyone that works there is great and very polite. In my opinion better than the N.creamery.yes I said it:) definitely a no pressure, relaxed joint. Recommended for sure. Oh! And they do have salads! Yum.
Don't forget Sam V! At the I. H. O. P!
IHOP is lucky to have him. Anywhere he goes he will surly make your day pleasant.

One of the few “late night diner” experiences left in the area for a breakfast before going to bed after a night out. Very friendly staff and what you expect from an IHOP. Would definitely go back.

We had breakfast on Sunday morning in Middletown, and our waitress was Cheryl. She was sweet and amazing, her service was top notch, and she made sure we had everything we needed. Great service, great atmosphere, and an overall great location. Will definitely come back again.

Horrible! But because of high prices these fine restaurants have to resort to cheaper products! The chicken was like shoe leather. And very salty.

So the above review was, I believe about a year ago. Now I did go back for my 69th birthday, and it was just so nice. The atmosphere was so pleasant and the food was way better! And what a treat! They served alcohol! Now I'm not a drinker, but this was nice (as an adult to be able to choose a wine. Very nice I HOP!

The server was great. Always checking that everything was okay and could she do anything for you?

My waitress was friendly and helpful when I didn't like the lemon protein pancakes she let me order a short stack regular pancakes.

About a week ago, I felt really horrible to the father who took his children for breakfast at ihop. They pretty much done eating when suddenly a ornament fell from a wall and his son whos about 4 years old of age went and hold the item when suddenly (i believe the manger) he said his not supposed to be playing with that and just grab the ornament away from the child’s hand like its ok. HIS A CHILD AND CRYING BADLY, HIS MENTALITY IS DIFFERENT TO A FULL ADULT.i personally love going to ihop A plus on my book delish food and wonderful waitress.but watching this incident i dont i need to bring my grandchildren here for breakfast. 5 ️ to the waitress and 1 ️ to the manager if he is the manger. To me as a customer specially with children a little consideration would be wonderful with this matter.

The place is a little small and extremely packed. Overall, the food was good and did not take too long to come out.

Brought all 7 of us to eat breakfast there. They were so nice. Found us a spot right away. Food was hot. Served quickly and kids and adults were all happy. Yay IHOP!

Nice the only thing was the second day a waitress give us the receipt at the same time we got our food. I noticed that the only customer that she treated like that was us.

Not good service we waited to long for our food, yeah they got a order wrong and our food was cold
