Ruth Winig’s class-Moving Meditative Flow-is an amazing experience! Ruth’s wisdom and soulful guidance offered a much needed dose of self compassion and self acceptance while gently allowing the body its own time and place in wonderfully restorative poses. Can’t wait to return for more!
