International Apartments, North Providence RI

Me and my boyfriend just recently moved in and love it here. Nice and quiet atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our 1 bedroom apartment is very spacious. All of the appliances are new and work great.

I moved into International Apartments in November and I have nothing but good things to say! Management is great, neighbors are kind & quiet, apartment is cute and up to date, and there is always parking. Looking forward to my year (or maybe longer) here!

I have stayed in one of the apartments for year and had a okay stay. But they charge fees for anything and everything they can think of! I cleaned entire apartment as it was when I moved in.floor, carpet, shower and toilets before moving out, but I was still charged cleaning fees!

Taking down stars coz after this you don’t deserve even 1!

You can compare this photos with pre Movein and i can send those to you too! I dare you to send the bills for the work you did post my move out and actual move out photos as well. I even have added the time of the pictures taken. I moved out on July 30,2022 midnight. Its one thing to jack up the cleaning fees after moving out without giving me proper documentation of it and another to accuse me of lying and falsifying picture. Send me my true move out picture if you can. If you are so confident then send me the proof and mind it you send me the same apartment’s photos! Not somebody else’s! I have photos and videos of my move out which can be testified!

Very poor experience. They jacked up our rent, and difficult to communicate with. Also take note that they have a number of reviews with 5 starts from accounts that only have one or two reviews. I can’t help but notice that you also look at any poor review and try to air out people’s situation. Or you just claim it’s fake. Also it’s not your competition posting them. Before you clime I didn’t live here I did… 22-23 in the town houses. Maybe it would be best to show some class? Take the reviews of people who have stayed here to heart? Improve from the feedback and stop making it everyone else’s fault… DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Great staff, location and living space. I locked myself out once and they were there in under 10 minutes.

I lived in this complex for about 13 years. It’s in a super nice location, and very well maintained. The rent increased substantially almost every year when ownership changed hands. We left because the last rent hike was just too much.

Love this place! So accommodating and pleasant! Highly recommend this place! Lynnette is amazing!

My experience with International Apartments was exceptional. The leasing office and staff are amazing! It was my first apartment and Lynnette walked me through, thoughtfully answering every question /concern that I had and providing me with an abundance of insight. I am very satisfied and know I made the right choice with them.

International Apartments is a high quality place to live! Management and maintenance staff were easy to work with and friendly. Would recommend anyone to rent here!

Great place to live. Lots of professional people live in the complex. It's quiet and clean. The best part of living here is the location. Close to the highway and city.
