This place is actually really good. The prices are fair compared to relative businesses in the area. But the management is not that typical I've dealt with too many customers not paying so everyone is scum type. They are extremely friendly and are always looking to give you the best experience you can have. I feel like my stuff is protected on these premises. In a business area low traffic and moderate police presence in the area. They go the extra mile. Don't believe me try it.

Kevin was very helpful in my current difficult situation and made everything a breeze to transfer ownership! Highly recommend it here!

We’re using iStorage as a transition space during our move and we have been so impressed! Our unit is clean and easy to access, and the hours are so convenient. We have been especially impressed with the customer service - Kevin called us right after we reserved our unit online to give us directions to the facility and check if we had any questions. When we went for the first time, he gave us a tour of the premises and made sure we had everything we needed. He made us feel so welcome and even gave us pallets for our unit. Highly recommend calling Kevin at iStorage for all your storage needs!

I've been looking for storage for the last few weeks. Every other place I called had terrible customer service and scammy prices. Kevin at the front desk was kind, very up front, honest, and got me into a storage unit super quickly. He was very helpful and quick. Would highly recommend to everyone. Very reasonable prices and even got the locks for free.

This was one of the easiest things I have ever done I had to rent last minute and it was so convenient with the ability to do everything online. Kevin then called me to introduce himself & ensured I had all the information which had me feeling reassured our things were stored and kept secure. Taking that extra step to reach out just shows the character of Kevin. To top it off he’s probably one of the kindest people you will ever meet.

I booked online and the next day I got a follow call from Kevin introducing himself and thanking me for choosing IStorage.
