J & T Auto Sales reviews
6 Not sure where I Stand with this one. J & T was selling a 2010 Chrysler 300 with 52,000 miles for $8,500. A very attractive price. I test drove the car, it drove well but had a foul odor. I noticed the head liner was stained throughout and suspected the Sunroof leaked. I ask the dealer if it leaked; he said "no, someone must have left it open. "
I had my mechanic check out the car he said it was a good car for the price, but recommended that I put a hose above the roof to test for leaks. I did just that, and within a minute the Sunroof leaked.
I told the dealer, and said that I'm not interested. He denied the leak and said that he will run it through a car wash. Certainly not a wise idea.
While he may not initially been aware of the leak, his notion of running it through a car wash gave me grave doubts about his motives.
I ended up buying my car at The Car Palace in Taunton, MA; and I'm glad I did. Check out my review of The Car Palace. It's a 5-star establishment.
Not even worth a star guy selling high mileage vehicles for top dollar way above the kbb value not worth going to
Amazing place to go. Awesome personality. They treat people very well.
I was searching for a car and visited 4 dealerships. This dealership was the one that stood out the most and I did not even buy a car here. I went there to look at an AWD fusion and saw a Mercury Milan and loved it. I talked to a guy named Steve who was awesome. Very honest and polite and he wasn't trying to sell me anything. He answered my questions honestly which was a nice change. I then came back a few days later to talk more about the car and potentially purchase it after inspection. JT came outside and I wish EVERY salesman was like him. Very personable, very honest and all around a VERY good experience. He told me everything I needed to know about the car and was very honest which you don't see anymore.
Unfortunately I needed a vehicle that day and since I went there later in the afternoon, there was no way we could have gotten everything in order. I wish I had more time on my hands because I would have loved to do business with them. Caring workers, clean building, and most of all clean parking lot, clean cars and merchandised nicely. Everyone there knew what they were talking about.
Just from my experience I would recommend and just had to write this review for being honest and not forcing anything like the other 3 dealers. Thank you Steve and TJ.
Really good guy owns this place. Trust me. You won't be disappointed. He is honest.
