Was accused of stealing some of the classes and the waitress didn’t like I couldn’t afford to tip her more than six dollars and a $52 bill wouldn’t leave the table forced me to give her more money the staff let someone come to my table and accuse me and my wife and stealing a New Year’s Eve ruined my whole night. Food was delicious.

Forgot to take pic before digging in but everything was delicious! We had the chicken lo mein no vegetables, general tsao chicken with pork fried rice, California rolls, crab Rangoon, crispy wings and sweet chili wings. The chili wings were not great. The wet coating just fell off as you grabbed them and they weren’t very flavorful. Other than that though everything else is highly recommend. Large portions. Open on Christmas Day! Beautiful spot. Will be returning to eat in one day

The food tasted expired and the chicken was raw. When I told the server, she was mad at us and rolled her eyes. She moved the plates so quickly that she dropped a table knife on my sister’s shirt and did not even say sorry. She took a long time to come out to take our order and even longer to bring our drinks out. The manager yelled at us for not liking the food and refused to tell us what seasoning was in the chicken. They were so rude and disrespectful. I have never been treated that way by an establishment before.

I reserved a room for a party of 24. My bill came to a little over $700, closer to $800. We had one waitress. They charged me for my sangria and I never received it. The food came out cold, and some not completely cooked. Some of us received our rice and waited at least 1/2 hour for the meat and/or other items. As others received there food an hour later. VERY RUDE! The waitress stood in the hallway and said, she couldn’t hear or see so we had to walk up to her so we could place our order. The calamari came out cold, some folks opted to eat it that way I did not. Instead of replacing it with a fresh one they took the old one back brought a new one and charged me for both. It was a special occasion and we left with unhappy memories of our sons special day

My girlfriend and I go out a couple times a month whilst us both working and in the end of our college days, we wanted to make this one worth our time, money and attire. After scouring the recommendations from both our coworkers I trusted my gut to treat us landing here with a reservation. This was the perfect place. The atmosphere was large, unlike most Japanese spots. Our rolls, bok choi and apps came out very fresh, so yummy and in great ticket time. Get the Coconut Shrimp, Shu Mai and Bok Choi. Dragon Eel roll was tuh-die-for. Our waiter, Xiang was phenomenal. I mean talk about the most charismatic and efficient man I've ever met. PLEASE DONT REPLACE him with a ROBOT! Automatic 25% tip. Everything was exceptional except the bartender had an extremely strong pour for my Mai Thai so I waited a bit and we ordered some ice cream. Besides that sweetheart loved her martini so that's all that matters. Worth the drive from South County and close to Federal Hill for night cap. Would do it over and over.

We walked in November 19 at 6: 00pm, We were greeted by the hostess and she asked us “table for how many” we responded for 2. She’s told us “someone will be with us in a few”. My girlfriend went to the bathroom took her couple minutes and she came back. At that very time a party of 4 comes in and they are told by the same hostess…”there is going to be a wait” and proceeded to take their names down. My girlfriend walks to the hostess and asked if she can be put on the list since we were obviously waiting also. Your manager KEN (with his terrible hospitality) asked the hostess “who was first here” shes replied “lizette (my girlfriend) he them proceeded to say “OH, IT DOSENT MATTER”. So, why would you even ask that question if it dosent matter who arrived first. By The hostess face she was astonished by what he had said. This is not the first time we have had a bad experiences t this location with this same manager “KEN”. This is the last and final straw…i already gave this place a bad review for the first incident and now I am directly messaging you, i will reach out to Human Resources as well. This is unacceptable and a disgusting attitude, it does not matter how good your food is it dosent give him the right to be disrespectful and dismissive to customer. He should do his job correctly or find something else.

Was just there and to be quite honest, food quality has gone down. Ordered the general Thai chicken and it was double fried with the thick batter, and tough on the inside with chunks of dark meat. Used to be all white meat and no batter- prices went up which you don’t mind as long as the quality stays the same. Not the same!

Sushi here is on point! Crispy wings suck. There’s two places with better crispy wings. These wings didn’t even have celery salt and way too much batter! And slightly sweet. Lo mein was good. Nice noodles and garlicky, but a tad sweet. Beef broccoli was disgusting. Beef was rubbery and flavor was sweet. I think they cater too much to Caucasians and forgot about basic Asian flavors and texture.

Great night with my nieces my youngest great niece took over the Dance Floor during a private party it was so cute the food was great the service was great and of course sake is always the favorite

I'm so disappointed. I used to love Jackys. I just picked up a Jack'ys salad and vegetable sushi. My salad looked like it was made.a week ago. It was so awful, I threw it out. My sushi looked like it was flung into a wall. Not one piece in tact. The cucumbers and veggies were gross and definitely not fresh. I used to order the same exact thing in the past (pre-covid) and never had a problem. I hate writing a negative review but these restaurants need to know! I understand your short staffed and have to charge us more. I've accepted that. But I refuse to accept having to waste my hard earned money on trash food. If I have you over for dinner and you request a simple salad, I can assure you it will be fresh and beautiful. I would be embarrassed to serve wilted old lettuce and slimy veggies. Rant over

Pretty mediocre sushi. Ordered via Uber eats so maybe that’s the problem, but I wasn’t able to finish the meal- sushi from stop and shop tastes better and seems fresher in my experience.

EXCELLENT food here! I'll get take-out maybe once or twice each month, and each time it's been delicious. They have a "Salmon Lover" sushi entree that is delectable, and their classic "Americanized" Chinese food (if that's your thing) is good, too. My order has typically been ready sooner than anticipated, and I get a courtesy text when it's good to go.

I got delivery through GrubHub and honestly the food tasted pretty good. About halfway through my lo mein I bit on something hard. I thought it was a bone, but nope I pulled out a rusty staple. Thankfully GrubHub gave me a refund, but I just wanted to warn folks to pay attention to what they are eating and hopefully use this as a reminder for the restaurant to have better quality control.

Absolutely delicious! Service was mixed.robot brought food to table, which was cool. But the appetizer pupu Platter came late, as did a reorder of a cocktail. Waitress really tried hard to please. I would definitely go back when in area.

Why I didn't take my family here sooner is what I regret the most. The Mineral Spring Ave location decor is marvelous inside. Warm and inviting. The wait staff are courteous and professional. The sushi rolls we chose were made perfectly and the General Tau Shrimp with fresh brocolli and White rice was better than expected where I usually get it from which is great too. The scorpion bowl was perfect for 2 people and mixed with an aray of liquers. My daughter ordered the creme' broulet for dessert. She loved it so much she started making it at home to try and match thier flavor and consistancy and did well for her first you tube attempt. So get to Jackies Galaxy for different types of Oriental / far east styles of foods to experience. We will be back soon for sure. Chris in Lincoln.

10/10 recommend. Food was absolutely delicious! I got the pupu platter, general tsao chicken, Thai curry chicken and rice and Singapore noodles. Sooo good!

Love the food here and now they have one of those robot waitresses that brings you your food. Also the drinks are always great and dont taste watered down

Place used to be really good. But the last three times I got takeout from here the food has been reallllllllly bad. Figured the other two were a fluke but nah. It’s just trash. Not to mention the higher than normal prices for less than par food. Third time was the last time.

Ordered the shrimp pai ti
Had 2 shrimp on it with an overload of green onion, No flavor.
This was a pick up order so I was unable to go back at the time for I was in East Providence. I called mineral Spring Avenue and they said that next time they would give me an order "on the house" just give your phone # and the credit will be there. Mind you between me and my daughter we have ordered here twice a week foe a long time. Called today they knew nothing about it the girl on the phone said she'd have to call the manager she said she just spoke with the manager and and they forgot to put it under my phone number.so what they'll do for me is give me 2 extra shrimp On my order. They just lost an excellent excellent customer for a $12 bill. POOR GREEDY OWNERSHIP/ MANAGEMENT
