We were going to Wildflower while on an apartment hunt and thought we would check a local realtor. Pleasantly surprised does not even begin to come close to describe Jeremie. Kind and patient and helpful. Jeremie asked all the right questions and understood exactly what we were looking for. I cant recommend anyone more highly than Jeremie.

Jeremie did all the work finding great tenants for us in short order. This included photographs, listing, tours, and the lease contract. Professionally done and definitely worth the price.

Jeremie initially reach out to me if I was interested in selling a property and he told me he also does tenant placement and so glad I used him. I own multiple properties and taking the calls and screening tenants can be pain stacking and Jeremie has made it a breeze for me.

Jeremie has listed 3 apartments for me. One, 4 months ago and we had a contract for 3 weeks placement but had someone under contract in 2 weeks and handled all the work to coordinate with section 8 with a tenant of a 700 credit score.
I used him 1 month back and found an awesome candidate within 2 weeks for a first floor and made sure all tenants had valid backgrounds and work statuses.
I used him on a 3rd floor 2 weeks back to replace another management company that took over a 1 month, once I got Jeremie to list the unit he found someone in 2 weeks above what the other company wanted to list the property for rent.

He was always a call and text away and his thorough screening process and daily stats on inquiry and showings. (many placement company lack these metrics)
Also very important to me none of the placed tenants have my number before moving in and Jeremie respected that.
Through his screening he has done some background research on tenants and lets me know if something sound fishy.
