This place was responsible for allowing my insurance to lapse twice. They are totally incompetent. The owner is completely unprofessional. Mark insulted me without knowing me at all. He did not want to recognize that his staff had failed to perform their end of the work. The only party impacted by their negligence was me. They did not care at all.
