Johnny Rockets reviews
15There are better burgers in providence, your paying for the convince of grabbing a burger before or after the movies but it’s not worth it. Was not acknowledged at all when I sat down. Another customer got in line at the register to place his order so I got behind him and placed mine. A burger a small fries and a milk shake. I wasn’t told they only have one size fry which (was not small could not finish). I received my order in two bags fry in one bag burger in the other no napkins and my milk shake about 5 min later no straw. Just felt like a waste of time.
If you value your time and your money don’t eat here as a matter of fact don’t even stop here, 6 workers all standing around looking stupid, told us be right with you and 5 minutes later nothing.the only reason they get 1 star is because there is no 0 star option, the service is bellow mediocre
Terrible service. Mediocre but overpriced food. Bought 2 shakes, 2 burgers, onion rings and it costed almost $50. Staff with large hair (even afros) also handle food without the use of hairnets. Very alarming sanitary conditions. Booth seating was also closed off even though it was busy. Some diner theme.
We visited on Sunday and had Ruby as our server. Even though she was busy with her other tables and helping out the customers at the counter, she was friendly, efficient, and prompt while managing many things. Great employee!
It good if your hungry and they give you a pager so you don't have to stand around waiting. You can pick your table and wait while it's being made. When the pager goes off, you go get your food. Easy peasy.
They over charged my credit card by about $2.00 not worth the hassel of calling my credit card provider
Food is good but the place is a disaster. We sat at the counter area and the seats are broken down and leaning and the staff although they trying their best are overworked and don't look happy. The prices are terrible too: 50$ for two Rodeo Burgers, Loeaded Fries (Horibble cheese btw: please use real cheese not that horrible orange cheese that comes in a can) and two Pepsi' (that were served warn because they ran out of ice). Won't be going back anytime soon if ever
I'm not going to lie I almost left because the service took a longer than expected time. But it's the mall so I get it. But surprisingly the burger was slapping that's good for some of you lol. Not bad at all.
I had a Classic Burger, fries, and a glass of soda.
Overall, the meal wasn’t bad at all and the service also was fine. I waited up to 10 minutes to get my order. Some customers were having their food at the bar but they didn’t allow me to seat there.
The burger was good but they use mayonnaise as a sauce which I don’t like. I wish I had read the ingredients before ordering. Fries were also good enough.
I like Johnny Rockets for what they are. And I especially like the tater tots. I’m sure every place could be cleaner or brighter but they do burgers well and they also make great shakes. So if you need a shake and a burger Head on down to Johnny Rockets
Most disgusting place. They dont protect their hair while working with food. He was touching his hair while preparing food. They wouldn’t let us sit down and wait for our food while they made it. Told us to stay away while we waited. I asked for the manager to talk about the hairnet situation, they all laughed.
Worst customer service ever!
They kept me waiting for almost an hour then they gave me a wrong order
No straw for the drink!
Worst experience ever
Never going back there again.
Pretty standard Johnny rockets, which means I liked it. Still has the 50s diner experience, but no music.
Terrible service. Nobody moves faster than a turtles pace. 20 minutes for a burger. Took 10 before someone even acknowledged the order and put the burger on. And I had to ask to order.
Absolutely terrible. Out of veggies burgers, out of impossible burgers. No vegan shakes but there's a huge sign advertising them. Ended up ordering fries and onion rings. Waited ten minutes before they even dropped the onion rings. Horrible experience.
