5My massage with Katie was amazing. I have a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck due to my job and her attention to detail ensured that I left feeling great. The atmosphere was relaxing, pristine and a great ambiance.
My massage with Katie was excellent. I had shoulder pain and knots everywhere and she addressed all of them thoroughly. She does an excellent job of listening to where your body needs the most help and then focusing in on it.
I highly recommend Katie! She's very attentive and has done wonders for my migraine, which is very connected through my shoulders, neck and head.
I came straight from a personal training session, but was having a lot of trouble with weakness/soreness/stiffness in one of my quads. Katie, with her expert touch, made it feel SO MUCH better, I came away feeling lighter on my feet with a lot less pain! I recommend her highly.
