Kingston Pizza, Charlestown RI

We ordered a chicken parm grinder, onion rings & a eggplant grinder it was very good. I do have to say that this place is a hit or miss with their food it all depends on who's working if your food is going to be good or not and that sucks. They don't always have stuff that's on their menu like hot weiner 's for instance

I have lived in Charlestown for over 35 years. This used to be a good place to order food but not lately. I have had numerous bad experiences lately. Tonight I placed an order for 2 hamburgers and a Philly steak for delivery. The order was placed at 5, I was told it would be 45 minutes. The driver showed up at 7. The food is cold, the French fries are soggy, the lettuce is black and wilted. This is my last order form them and I live a half mile away.

I've been coming here for roughly 20 years, it used to be a consistently good place to get pizza. As of the past few years, getting a pizza at this place has become a game of roulette. I know this as I've been getting the exact same pizza for at least 15 years. Always the same, Thunderbird with extra thick crust and blue cheese on the side. The attached photo is of our most recent (and honistly last) order; not only does it have a strip of dangerously uncooked dough in the center but its also clearly a not thick crust pizza. They also forgot one of the appetizers, of which we had to come back to get. Thankfully they refunded us for the pizza, and we were able to eat some after cooking it a bit longer. Had this experience been a one-off, I'd say some of the pizza choices are worth it; since this was the umpteenth time we've had uncercooked pizza or no thick crust or no sauce, I think I need to move on. I'm giving two stars due to the great staff and the fact that at some point in time, someone that worked here made a fantastic pizza that I'd like to eat.

Turkey grinders are not supposed to be hot ever!
Making 4 to 5 grinders and putting in oven all together on same pizza platter not smart.
Then giving a soggy nasty grinder with sauce all over the soggy bread.
Which I did not order sauce on bread on a turkey grinder.
Where is the quality control?
12 dollars I'm extremely disappointed.
Cumberland farms next door has much better quality control and better food.

If i are going to charge, over 15 for a cheeseburger, don't use Cumberland farms burger rolls. Disappointed royally.

The best fries ever, please don't ever change them! I also love the pizza and the crust

I buy pizza or a sandwich here often with good results. Not tonight. Meat lovers pizza had very few pieces of pepperoni on it. And I did not find any other meats on the pie. There was 3 pieces of bone about the size of peas on one of the slices I had. The tomato sauce was about 2-3 times thicker then usual. And the crust was awful. It will be awhile before I purchase any food here again.

Forgot my pizza toppings. When I got home they told me I can drive back to pick them up on the side. Waste of money and time

We have been getting food from here for many years, but this year it has been going downhill fast. Pizza was cooked on one side and not the other side, also there was no crust. Special steak sub did not have any cheese (cheese is listed as an ingredient on the menu). Meatballs were hard and felt like there was sand in them, and salad was just ok. Sadly, I will not be going back and will have to drive further to get pizza.

Food was disgusting mashed potatoes on pizza were still powdery forgot half of my side sauces and there was pizza sauce on my cattleman's bbq chic pizza complete waste of money

Made my salad wrong. With stuff that doesn’t even come on it per their menu. Person I spoke to said they always made it that way so i guess there free styling over there. No refund either which is sick. Don’t go here.

Closed when you would not expect. Not even close with wait times. Buffalo chicken not edible. Prices quite high!

We ordered a turkey club 11/12/21 at 7: 30 tonight. I picked it up, brought it home- totally wrong order. We called, they made another order, which was correct. When I went to pick it up, Noooo apology, when I asked for one, just a plant look from the employee! Any accountability there? Really. Such poor customer service. Do you really think I wasn’t owed an apology for your incompetence? Unbelievable! For what it is worth- I never complain, and always tip 20% when we get decent service.

If I could give a zero I would. Ordered a large meatball and sausage pizza with a baked ziti and meatball dinner. Had the pizza and the salad that came with the baked ziti dinner the same night and some the next day. Pizza was good but the meat was like rubber. Didn’t know if it was the sausage or the meatball but not very good.

Today I reheated the baked ziti and the meatballs were absolutely disgusting. Like rubber with something hard and like gristle. I took a couple bites and they were not only inedible but I swear there was grit from dirt when I bit down. I spit it out and threw the rest of the dinner away.

Only thing keeping this place going must be drunk college kids or meatless pizza because their meat is garbage.

Pretty sweet menu. You have to try ALL their cheesy fries. Unbelievable. Cool crew this summer.

Picked up this pizza last night. It was so burnt I couldn’t even eat an entire slice. Pretty disappointed.
