Klibanoff Eye Associates reviews
7Waited over a month for a paif of glasses to get the wrong pair and get told i need to wait 2 more weeks. I get being backed up but yall are the most unprofessional office i ever been to. Rude staff and even weirder doctors, i want my glasses and ti never have to go here again.
I have been going to Klibanoff Eye for the last 14 years and have never had anything but the most amazing experience. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, and take the time to thoroughly explain everything during the exam. The also have the best selection of glasses and never mind when I try them all on to find the perfect pair! 10/10 recommend!
The doctors are great I've been going there since I was a child. But they really need to look into who they hire to take care of their front end! The receptionists are rude and never call to confirm appts or let you know when the glasses are ready to be picked up. Need new staff to cont to be the great office they once were. (This office also demanded my 6yr Olds SS # or else they refused to see her! That was mind-blowing to me, but my child really needs glasses so I gave it to them, I wonder what they need it for? I mean they have her insurance which is all they really need!)
Terrible experience, after speaking with staff yesterday (that knew i was coming in today, they even called and got my scrip from my eye dr) the extremely unpleasant woman behind the counter rudely told me they wouldn't help me because "i was a walk in". Umm the fact that staff called to get my scrip yesterday should have told her that i wasn't a walk in, but regardless even if i was, there were two people in the entire store.okay lady, back to lenscrafters for me, at least they are professional and want to do their job instead of scarfing down three bags of wendy's for lunch.
The worst clinic, I gave it 1 star because they won't let me give it a 0, the glasses were made wrong, the prescription was wrong, I paid $100 for the dye transition. They didn't do it, the one who placed the order didn't want to talk to me, she's Hispanic from South America, try to stop them from serving you, she's inattentive and arrogant, they haven't returned my money and I paid it in CASH, I've been waiting for the refund for 2 weeks now, why not? They will return them to me if it is not a check
Doctor was great very thorough but receptionist in office very rude. Call to talk about an on-call doctor to read my MRI that was ordered stat because my vision was going out basically and she told me that I just had to wait and there was no on call Doctors at all: how are you and Doctors Office and not one on call Doctors? They are to read an MRI that my doctor ordered to make sure that I didn’t go blind. Then got mad that my PCP office told me to go back and say there should be someone to read it and she said no and when I asked what happens if it gets worst she said well I guess you will get eye surgery. And I understand doctors go on vacation I do. But to no have anyone that is no acceptable me too.
