KPK Auto Detail, East Greenwich RI

My truck is definitely cleaner than it was, but I am not super impressed. I made the appointment online which was easy enough and selected the option to bring my truck to them and drop it off. I got there to drop it off and the only guy working there didn't speak English and seemed confused as to why I was there at first. Once I was able to show him I had an appointment I left the truck and the keys with him and left expecting it to only take 3 hours as originally planned. They texted me about an hour later letting me know it would be 5 hours instead. Again, not a big deal.

When I picked up my truck the only guy working was the same guy who again seemed a bit confused and had difficulty understanding me and spoke no English himself. When I recieved the truck it was dark out so at first I thought everything looked pretty good. Next morning I took a look and realized there was still some straw wrappers on the floor, a significant amount of dog hair in the back seat, and various spots where it appeared to not have been cleaned and there was some sort of residue left behind.

Like I said, overall my truck is cleaner than before, but I think I could have easily set aside a few hours of my own time and done a similarly good job while not paying $220.

Incredible work. 10 years of dust, dirt, and just gross are gone. This car glistens now. Umair is personable, attentive, and communicative. He called me an hour after I dropped the car off and said it would take 3-4 hours instead of 2-3. We picked it up in 3.5 and it’s spotless. If you need to see more reviews, the other KPK location in Providence has more and is also highly rated. Thanks Umair!

I brought my 10 year old car in (never really formally cleaned the inside of it for the record). Between mud from hiking trips, dog hair, cross country moves, and old coffee stains I was sure I was doomed to forever live this way. I decided to have a go at professional detailing. What a great decision, the car looks new! I’m so happy I got an interior detail, I’m not embarrassed by my car anymore. Given the crazy car prices, I’m hoping to keep my car for a while yet and I believe keeping it well maintained will help with my goal.

They took care of me same day. Very responsive, super nice and did an AMAZING job! Will definitely be coming back.

The detail was great. Showed me the difference between a regular hand waxing and in my case I got a paint polishing with buffing. Looks way better than any regular wax job I have ever gotten, paint looks brand new no scratches anymore, and won’t wear off like wax will in a few weeks. The polishing is permanent. Nice guys, quick good work. Thanks!

Couldn’t be more happy with Umair and his team. They were able to come out for a mobile interior cleaning same day (on a Friday!) and made my Mama mobile look brand new again! So convenient having them come to you, friendly, professional, & easy to book/pay! Great service all around.

I needed the interior of my car cleaned and I reached out to kpk and they immediately told me I could come in right there and then. The man that met me when I arrived was very respectful and helpful from the beginning all the way to the end! My car was thoroughly cleaned and smelled amazing and it took them less than an hour to detail my entire SUV. I definitely recommend this place the service is amazing and the work is fantastic!

Great detailing job! Umair and Vinny are very nice people. They will get in the nooks and crannies of your car. If you have a specific cleanup in the car tell them and they will take care of you! Great service and the car looks like new again

Umair was so polite and nice from the very beginning. We spoke on the phone and he was able to help me out with an appointment the same day. He worked with me to pick the package that would make my car look best and they did not disappoint. You can see the care that went into the job. My car is shining and looking brand new inside and out. My first experience here but it won’t be my last!

KPK Detailing provides the best service in the business. I got my car fully detailed and ceramic coated and the results came out unexpectedly amazing. They made my car look brand new.
