Worst Gym I have ever been too. Staff is allowed to berate and insult patrons without repercussion.

Some of the worst management practices I’ve ever witnessed in a company. Chris their regional manager gave me some of the worst customer service I have ever received.

From the very first moment you walk through the door; the front desk attendant is cold and inattentive. She would rather text and play bejeweled than help the customers paying for their service.

If you have another option for a gym please sign up anywhere but LA fitness; especially the Pawtucket Location

If any of your belongings get stolen they won’t do anything about it even if they caught the person on camera. Really unprofessional

Feels like you’re working out at the ACI. Also no one reracks their weights or wipes down machines.

It's my gym it's a must to keep my body healthy so are you asking if the gym is like some special thing well it's a no the atmosphere is nice the equipment ok and the space ample that's all I need so there you go

Clean and lots of equipment I've been to Planet Fitness they don't have nearly as much as equipment as LA Fitness does I'll stick with LA Fitness

I visited around a year ago while visiting Rhode Island, the location was very outdated with equipment that showed its age.

Carmella was very helpful with her knowledge of what package was best for my niece and I to join. And she referred us to getting involved with a trainer who also was very informative to us both! We were both really satisfied with the knowledge explained to us by Jay. We're looking into a package for a personal trainer too!

Gets a little crowded, but seems every gym has the seem trend even with covid out there. Plenty of equipment though

I find it unpleasant that the ladder machine is not working yet, it has not been working for more than three months

Staff mostly cares about making a sale and gaining members. Make it extremely difficult for you to end membership, all they want is money! I had 4 negative experiences and they do not care. Sign up for Cranston LA fitness instead.

Clean. Could get crowded around 3 to 7pm. If you can be there before or after, greatest experience. Ask for Jason great trainer.

Gym smells so bad on the weights area that it is unbearable. AC is not strong enough. Bathrooms are disgusting. Cancelled my membership within the 10 days period and was given attitude by the staff. It's a shame because they have a good selection of equipment.

For the love of God, could you please find someone for the the Bootcamp class? ! It’s been almost 3 months since the last instructor left.wasting money here!

Gym is okay, wish it could add some more varieties of cardio machines like the Cranston location

Staff is also kind of rude, they never say hi or bye to you and when I asked them a question about classes they gave me a lot of attitude. I asked nicely so I don't know why I deserved that.

Overall its a very good gym, I like it better than the others I've been to.

I came to this branch for couple of times with my friend. I’m not happy with this branch. People are not friendly here, the gym is messy as well.

Great facility in terms of equipment and options. Childcare is great too but the place is ALWAYS dirty. Men’s bathroom is disgusting. Always tons of trash in the parking lot.

I do not like it, it's so dirty and smelly the have some classes in the schedule and they just cancelled it without telling any member. It's a so messy place with no organization.

Usually not overcrowded (except after new years). They have enough equipment to go around and theres plenty of parking. Apart from that its a typical gym, alot of posturing and stares. Basketball racquet ball and swimming are a plus but there is no punching bag like in many other locations.

Great machines, nice employees, and decent crowding on off and busy hours. There is no shake station here though.

There's always something out of service as far as equipment or the staff giving there customer's attitude
