Absolutely an amazing experience. Went at night it was beautiful. Our gondolier was Mariano. Very polite & professional his voice was relaxing and beautiful as he sung. Love it, will do it again.

Unique, scenic experience in Providence. Marcello was great. The complimentary biscuits were a nice touch. We had our own drinks and they provided glasses. They have drinks available also though. Highly recommend this experience. It was sad to see some trash in the river but overall a great way to see that piece of Providence.

Just had a tour with Rosario- very personable and has an amazing singing voice- will definitely request him when we do this again!

What an awesome experience. We happened to be in town on a Water Fire night. We couldn't get a gondola reservation while the fires were lit, but it worked out BETTER that way. We didn't have thousands of people starting at us! Our gondolier was awesome! Great tips and knowledge about PVD, and what a singer! We happened to be there an peak low tide, so we even got to by serenaded in a tunnel under one of the bridges. Talk about acoustics! This is a must do whenever in season and in PVD!

Beyond the most romantic experience I’ve ever had! The entire team showed us a fantastic time! We even had a private violinist! A magical experience for sure! Lastly, the pink champagne Italian biscuits were delicious and complimented our champagne perfectly!

What a great experience! Whether you have a romantic partner or not, you will enjoy the romantic ambiance of a great glide down the river of this historic city. So much to see! We had Amadeo, who serenaded us along the way. AWESOME! I'm told all the gondoliers sing, and are experienced guides. Can't go wrong whomever you get! Rates are reasonable, and there are different option packages. Gotta say, this was way better than the gondola ride I had in Venice!

Tomasu (can't remember the kid's name) was excellent in the experience and have a very nice voice. I highly recommend but you can skip the rose petals (seem unnecessary). Don't forget to bring your own drink!

The experience was unique for sure. The staff was attentive and accommodating. The water was very dirty and unpleasant however. There could be a clean up organized and it would be a much better experience. In addition I believe the value for the money is not worth it. Almost $200 for a family of 5 for 30 minutes. I think $125 would have been a fair price. We brought own drinks and there was little engagement from our guide.

We had an amazing ride on a beautiful 745pm night, on Saturday. Our guy even sang happy birthday to me in Italian. He had an amazing voice and that was our third song of the evening. Very relaxed, and tranquil ride. Our Gondolier was amazing! This was a fun night out fir a reasonable price.

What an experience! We loved it. Gustavo sang for us an Italian music and Italian “happy birthday” for our friend. I would recommend and come back any time.

Enjoyed a great datenight on the Gondola. Gondolier were very knowledgeable about the history of the area, and skillfully navigated the canals. The provided wine biscuits were delicious. Highly recommend for a fantastic datenight!

So great, the experience was a great one. Bring snacks and a drink to put on ice. We opted to grab some stuff at fresh market and a bottle of sparkling cider. The people that run this and the Gondoliers are wonderful. Very accomodating.

The place may be confusing to map, it took us 2 tries to find it, but just call and ask if you get lost.

Ride was okay the narrator wasn't very informative about the city wasn't saying much of anything

My wife and I took in this experience to celebrate our 10th anniversary. The staff were friendly and our gondolier had a beautiful singing voice. We truly enjoyed exploring this historic city and couldn't ask for a more romantic ending to our anniversary trip.

I went on a Viaggio di Rapsodia gondola ride at 9: 15pm last night. The gondolier, Figaro, was very polite and had a beautiful singing voice throughout the ride. There was also an accordion player who was fantastic. The river’s scenery was beautiful. It felt like a dream

The only issue I had was my GPS took me to somewhere completely different than where the dock is located (One Citizens Plaza
Providence, RI, 02903). Fortunately, the email confirmation gave helpful instructions to GPS Cafe Nuovo Restaurant, which took me straight there. I got there 15 minutes late, but the gentlemen were understanding & accommodating.
