I went La-Z-Boy after work on Black Friday and met Ann-Marie the store manager, who is fabulous! I told her what I wanted and she showed me what I was looking for. The hard part is the sofa set would get delivered to the 3rd floor with sharp hallway corners.
She actually came to my apartment and measured every nook and cranny of the stairwell.who does that! The customer service is top-shelf. Ann-Marie also spent time with me at my home helping me choose fabric colors! Old fashioned customer service, the way it should be. Thank you Ann-Marie!

Jake Coleman was super knowledgeable and helpful with finding us the right chair for our nursery! We also had a great experience buying our couch and rugs from here too.
