7I don't know why people are giving BAD reviews for this facility. Lori who checked me in very, very professional and made sure everything was correct. Then drew my blood never felt it, everyone there was so friendly. A+ Keep up the great work and I will definitely be back. And maybe people just have a lil patience before saying you had a horrible experience.
Since when is giving a credit card mandatory even when covered under health insurance? I'm sorry, no way. I refused.
I do not no how this facility continues yo be DOT certified they dont comply with the rulers dont do theor job right!
Rude staff with absolutely no regard for your time. Go anywhere but here.
On April 04,2023, I had my Urine & Blood work completed in the
Eddy street office in Providence. DR'S OFFICE never received results 6 days later. Suggest you look for another Lab. DR'S clerical agreed and Lab Corp is very poor on follow-up delivery.
Why don't you post the correct hours your showing open Saturday and you're not
2/24/23: The check-in kiosk process was easy. I was called in within 2 minutes of arrival. The Technician was very personable and pleasant. All told, the entire process took a total of 11 minutes!
