Launch Trampoline Park Warwick

Amelia was so helpful and welcoming. We did the pick 5 option and added on dinner and we had a wonderful time! I’ll be sure to recommend Launch to others and to return again

The laser tag has been questionable at best for the last couple of years. It was super dark and hard to navigate but the last time we went it was open enough for us to purchase the tickets but then we stood there forever before we asked an attendant and they said it was out of order. If you steer clear of laser tag, this place is awesome. We love the trampoline room and arcade.
**Update. Came here for our daughter's birthday and it was so worth the money. Everything was seamless and all the kids had fun. We did substitute the laser tag for arcade credits for her party.

The teenagers they have handling the amount of kids and helicopter parents need to be commended. Thier jobs are by far much more difficult than they are given credit for. J'Angelo was working the xp counter and at no point had less than 20 people in front of him yelling and screaming and he kept composed and helped as much as possible. Young man deserves a raise.

Terrible experience checking in. The long line never seems to move. Once you get to the counter, nobody seems to know what they’re doing. It’s an absolute disaster. And then when you remind them of all of the things they forgot to give you— socks, arcade cards, bracelets AND tickets for laser tag (the only thing they did give me was the tickets for the xp arena), they start slamming things on the counter and scoffing at you. Thank god for the bar, otherwise, after having to wait in that horrible line twice (had to redo a couple waivers and then go to the back of the line and wait all over again), it would have been one star.

My grandson had a blast. We will definitely be going back as I found out I can use the facility also and I want to try the ninja course. The staff was great and attentive to the needs of the people there.

The trampolines were fun but needs work. And some workers were rude and were to busy on the phones then to watch there own court.

Payton and Bash are always AWESOME! Them 2 are the reason I come there every time. Great employees and even better people!

Huge place, variety of games for adults and children, spaces for activities well distributed, some games did not work but I suppose it will not take long to correct it. Another thing against is that the items to exchange with tokens are few affordable, anyone who has few will be able to choose only candy. Then, everything else, super. It's quite busy, so we can clearly tell that it's a good place.
Very attentive and friendly staff, grateful for the attention. My daughter was satisfied and eager to return!

Visited for a bday party. Half the arcade games needed assistance; big kids used the toddler area; family restroom w only diaper changing table was falling off the wall; bar had one employee on a Saturday night- never got drinks because it took 45 minutes; arcade card machine credit card not working and machine does not give cash back for change if you use cash (they charge $1 per card) so you have to stand in long line for 1 attendant while the others just stood around. Will not visit this location again.

Loved my visit, when we arrived cashiers were pleasant and friendly. The facilities were clean and orderly. No drama, even with the the many parties taking place the staff were attentive and made sure rules were followed for the enjoyment of the many. We even tried the pizza …. It was surprisingly good. Enjoy!

Always super fun for the kids. We love this place. Michael was incredibly helpful yesterday on our needs.

Called the day before to make sure toddler time was happening. The employee on the phone confirmed they were. Showed up the next day to find the doors locked and not open. Drove a half hour with an impatient toddler just to turn around. Very frustrating.

Launch is a fun place for children because there are a lot of activities, but a terrible place if you are planning a birthday party. The place provides you with an event planner and you are only given 30 mins in the party room. We were kicked out of the party room before we were able to cut the cake and were moved to the bowling area which was incredibly uncomfortable to cut a cake. In the chaos of everything a bag of new decorations were left in the room and instead of being returned to me they were thrown away. The only thing that made the night somewhat a success was the attentiveness and hard work of the event planner who did an amazing job with the time constraints place by the company. The night did not go as planned, but the children had fun and ultimately that is all I cared about.
