Le Bec Sucré reviews
13Le bec Sucré is a masterpiece. Plain and simple the best baked goods ive ever had. I seek out fine food establishments all over the north east and have been to many a bakery but none compare. Monsieur and Madam Le bec are artisans and masters of their craft. If there was ever an apocalyptic scenario afoot I would save my girlfriend first and Monsieur and Madam Le bec immediately after. This establishment is a national treasure and must be protected at all costs.
Likely the best croissants I’ve ever had — buttery and unique textures. Didn’t expect they could be so addictive even cold or at room temperature. I have a feeling I will never be satisfied with any other croissant this day forward.
The closest thing you will find to the authentic Parisian pastry experience. Amazing every time.
Amazing! I've lived in Europe and spent time in France, this couple definitely exceeds at their craft, we are so fortunate to have you on island!
It is actually stupid how good these pastries are. You would never expect such a high quality, unique croissant to be sitting in this random shopping center. He had chocolate croissants with almond! He combined the two best croissants! I have been to Paris and these croissants are better! Plus the owner is ten times nicer than the people who work at bakeries in Paris lol. If I lived in Newport I would go there everyday.
The line around the block says it all. Barnaby and Belinda are two of the hardest working and nicest people.
5-star food, 5-star service! I LOVE their pear tart and their charcoal baguette
I just wish they were open longer. But I completely understand the hours and the supply / demand. They are so delicious it truly is a treat to go!
Keep making delicious food! Thank you for keeping everyone spaced and safe as well when waiting for a yummy pastry!

It will be redundant to say, but this bakery produces the most superb items! I had the pleasure to try several of their pastries, and the charcoal baguette. Heaven! For a family run bakery, they know their stuff!
Fist bump for sure! (Ba la la la la)
We were given 2 croissants as a gift and now can't wait until 7 am tomorrow we will be there
Truly authentic French bakery. The pastries were amazing and the owner was warm and friendly. Best bakery in town!
Insanely good! Was on the hunt for a quality sourdough and was lured by the pastries here too. Everything was amazing. Croissants crisp on the outside and pillow soft of the inside. I like my sourdough a little zesty and this one did not disappoint—tangy sponge with a crunchy exterior. This is my new go to!
This place is fantastic! Found this place while on vacation and the crossiants took me back to France. On par with any pasterie in france. Hands down best bakery I have been to.
Hands down the best bakery I have EVER been too. The pastries are out of this world and don’t even get me started on their baguettes. Run here don’t walk! Plus the people who work there are the nicest!
